Took over 30 mins to get food after putting in my order. There is a total of 4 people in the dining area including myself. The people before waited for over 35 minutes then told they ran out of chicken.It’s unbelievable to me that help can be this bad. I live here in Destin and will not be back to this location. I am embarrassed for the city of Destin to be represented by Taco Bell in this way. Horrible service to say the least. Wow

A Birch

This place is a joke, yet I continue to go because in a bind after work my options are limited. The service is terrible. They shut literally ALL the lights off super early in hopes you think they’re closed. Like all but one kitchen light… They’ll answer the drive thru sometimes. Other times not at all even at 10:20pm when they close at 11. If they do answer it’s with much attitude like you’re the problem for inconveniencing them. If it’s an issue then just close at 9 or 10? This town has too much service industry that doesn’t get off until 11-12 and haven’t eaten in 12 hours and just want something quick and fast to put in their stomachs without all the hassle. Never mind if you go after 10pm the food is either cold, stale, or your taco is broken and soggy. You take what you can get I guess?

I have stopped at this location at least 7 times in the past 3 weeks they say they open at 7am but every morning something is either broken or the fryers aren't working. Sometimes they just leave you sitting at the drive thru speaker until you drive away without even asking you anything. If this business is not capable of doing breakfast then they should just shut it back down like in the past. Lunch service is not any better most times food taste like chemicals. Sad part its like 3 minutes from my job site so it could be convenient instead of a inconvenience. Couldn't fill out rest of survey seeing how its another morning I'm told fryers aren't working so didn't get any food.

Arrived at 10:35pm, 25 min before closing time and all of the lights, inside and out, were off, indicating they were closed. I pulled around to the driveway anyway and a young lady answered rather rudely. I asked for the special box but was told they were all out. Seems just about everything I wanted to order, they were conveniently "out" of. The girl shoved the bag of food in my direction without a word spoken. Don't waste your time or money coming to this Taco Bell location. The food and the service sucked!!

Gave me the wrong order to begin with when i went back into the store to inquire about the issue and get my food replaced not only did the employees not give me the right order when i brought it back they gave the food i previously had touched to the person who' it belonged to they were extremely rude, snatched the receipt out of my hand and the man was lsighing and huffing and puffing because he couldn't get an order with 4 items right and when i finally got the food 15 minutes later it was sub par to say the least.All and all i would really like to stress the rudeness of one of the male employees to be frank he's lucky i didn't slap his little bitch ass.I feel sorry for the business owner and if i were him/her i would really look into finding a good manager who can do good quality checks on all of their work because the staff here is very unprofessional and very incapable in general and they obviously need someone to hold their hand while doing their job pretty much to sum it up do not eat here if you are a die hard taco bell fan eat at any of the surrounding taco bell's this one is not worth it.

I believe the workers here are stealing my credit card info. Twice after a visit, my credit card has been compromised the same night. Also, will never eat here again. Stood waiting for my to go order with my truck running for 15 minutes cause I brought the pups. After 15 minutes I had to yell to get anyone's attention, they looked up and then past me to let me know they were ignoring me. Needless to say, I left without food, they still have my money and they are a scam company.
