No samples. Worker was actively on a bluetooth call while taking our order. $4.50 for a single scoop for less than premium ice cream. Personally, wouldn't return for value.

They opened at 1:30, we went at 2:30. Lady had the doors locked and watched all of us standing outside then went into the back. Won’t answer phones and ignoring customers.

We were so excited to check out this ice cream shop, especially our 5 year old son while on our vacation for his birthday. One of the ladies working (very long dark hair) was VERY rude and I mean just straight mean! As a business owner myself, I would NEVER want someone like this working in my business. I wish we would’ve just walked out, but we did pay for our ice cream but we won’t be back.Honestly if I were you, I would consider checking out other ice cream shops in/around Destin that appreciates your business and greets you with a smile.
I had ordered the brownie with moose tracks ice cream. The girl waiting on us asked if I wanted regular or chocolate. I said chocolate. I noticed that she put white ice cream in my dish so I told her, “Oh I wanted chocolate”. To which she told me I had said regular. Rather than argue I just said I apologize but I want chocolate. She proceeded to run her mouth about me to her coworker the remainder of the time we waited for the ice cream. She even slammed the ice cream container shut. I would not recommend going here because of the poor customer service. The employee was short, stocky, with very long dark hair. (Girl in the back of my photo)
