Really upset with the service. They were understaffed and had order online/DoorDash only. Which is understandable and fine ,but we were extremely disrespected once we walked in. It would’ve been helpful if it was advertised:/

I came in for lunch on December 22nd. The employees were downright RUDE. They made my food wrong and argued that it was right until another person came and was like yes it is wrong (chipotle sauce on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich). I was definitely not upset at all or yelling and he continued to tell me to calm down? I’m not freaking out over a sandwich. The smoothies were flavorless. When we mentioned it the person making the smoothies said she might’ve messed up because her mind “wasn’t at tropical smoothie”. Very bad experience here.

Went there with family on vacation. We love TSC!. Only one person in line and not many tickets. Employee asked if we wanted food. We said yes. She replied well it's going to be a while. We just left. Crab trap was a great option on the beach.

I went in yesterday ordered a smoothie waited over 20 minutes for it and had to race back to work and it was disgusting I was so disappointed spent 8 bucks
