Hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean! The GM Freddy was very helpful with assisting us in the reservation process!! The breakfast staff was very helpful and the food was good. We will definitely be back!

In Miami for a conference and this was one of the conference hotels. I am glad I chose it. The room was clean and neat - no complaints. Sophie was friendly and helpful, even pronounced my Greek name correctly, and Steve drove me to shopping a couple of times. Breakfast was as expected - plentiful and good. Now if you could do something about the weather... Kudos to all!

Hotel staff was great. Good location with access to various restaurants. Hotel restaurant also good. Best part was the staff at check in. Celine was friendly and helped check me in quickly. Check out was fast also. The entire staff made me fell welcomed.

Celine and Caesar made my trip very comfortable. Celine checked me in at two am due to a flight delay. She was exhausted and had to work early the next day. She greeted me with a smile and checked on me during my stay. Caesar remembered me from my last stay and greeted me by name. He may sure each breakfast was served quickly and my cup was filled.

The staff was not very friendly, Bathroom was dirty, mold on the floor, breakfast service was not good , digital key never worked, Im a diamond and they never thank me for being a loyal customer, Very disappointed

From the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff the Doubletree Doral is hard to beat. I have been traveling to Miami on business for the better part of a decade and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to switch to this hotel. Karina at the bar is always smiling and is a pleasure to talk to. It’s always great to see her behind the bar. Ydiar (I know I spelled it wrong) is very attentive and makes a mean Smoked Old Fashion. The food is top notch. Try the Snapper. This is also the only hotel in Miami that I haven’t complained about housekeeping to management. They get it right every time!

I just completed my stay at the DoubleTree Hilton at Doral - May 11-15, 2023. The staff is INCREDIBLY NICE; starting with Jennifer the manager, Freddy the asst manager, then frontdesk: Celine, Marcus, Jennifer (quick to help in two different situations), and sadly I've forgotten another frontdesk guy's name who made sure my room was cleaned as my flight had arrived early that day! Angela tried very hard to get his name for me today but I just can't remember, but he knows who he is and I'm so thankful for his kindness! They ALL were so upbeat, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The gentlemen (Julio & Steve) who shuttled us around were awesome! They were so accommodating. The room was extremely clean and when we asked for towels late one night, before we could even get down to the lobby; Jennifer immediately came to the room with them. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, and beautifully displayed. The staff there isn't as friendly but definitely professional. On the first night I went to the bar and ordered an avocado salad recommended by the bartender. It was delicious, fresh and plentiful. I have stayed in different Hiltons in the past, but just recently became a member. This is by far my favorite one! Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming!!!!

Went down to Miami for the Formula 1 race. My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was really great. You will have to drive if you are looking to go anywhere such as the beach, downtown, etc, however this was not an issue for me. Celine and Angela were both fantastic. They had cookies at the check in counter which I had with my morning coffee for breakfast the next day. There is a Moe's burrito place nearby and I found a CAO, Cuban American Original place for great late night eats fairly close as well. I would stay here again. R
WOMEN BEWARE! PERIOD SHAMING HOTEL. MISOGYNIST! If you are a woman who menstruates, STAY AWAY from this hotel. They charged me $200 because I got a little blood on the sheets while sleeping. They took pictures of my period blood on the sheets and they were sent to my husband and his company. (It was a couples/ work trip that was paid by the company.) I literally sobbed. They didn't even have the decency to call. They just sent the email with the pictures. Charged the card on file. When we did call, they refused to speak to us. (We are Diamond Club members!) I know for a fact that blood will come out of the sheets. That is literally what my husband does for a living. Shame on you, Double Tree. I should not be fined and humiliated---treated like a criminal---because I bleed. This is how you treat women? Should only women who are not on their period stay at your hotel? I wish I could give a negative star. Horrible hotel for women!

Very clean hotel. All the staff here are very nice and make me feel out home. Celine at front desk goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. They also provide you with this delicious warm cookies upon check in and during your stay upon request

The staff is VERY polite and accommodating. They are pleasant and always ready to help. So Service is second to none. The hotel is very clean and the rooms very spacious - the whole experience is extremely nice If you want a real good cappuccino in the morning, ask Gisel to make it ! She is the best . The bar tenders are as good as any and super nice. Genevieve and all the other members of the concierge/front desk team are simply fantastic to work with I am afraid to write this review because I want to always find availability in this amazing HIlton property when I travel to Miami for business or pleasure.!

Valerie and Gabriel were super sweet and friendly when I checked in and out! I requested flowers in my room and Genevieve delivered! Will definitely be booking them when I come back for my girls trip!
