I hate leaving reviews but the service at this location keeps getting worse every time I visit. Last 3 times, they forgot my son’s fries which was his whole meal, next visit the girl forgot our ice cream. She didn’t check the order to make sure it was complete so I kept waiting. She comes back and says “yeah???” With an attitude. I told her I was missing the ice cream she just walked away. I asked if she couldn’t communicate better. Today, I place a mobile order I get there and they tell me breakfast is over. I placed my order way before breakfast was over. They proceed to tell me, “well, we don’t make the orders because we don’t know what time the customer is coming” what??? So what’s the point of placing a mobile order ahead of time? I understand trying to hire the high school kids but please properly train them good customer service. Won’t be visiting this location anymore

Do not be intimidated by the long lines! I timed it! 5 mins waiting to place my order & 5 mins to receive my order! Crazy! Especially for the amount of cars that are always lining up. They have not one, but TWO lanes now, so everything moves faster! Line moves pretty fast inside too. They have plenty of parking and tables inside if you want to dine-in. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and gone above and beyond, and that continues to be true in this location. I've been a couple of times already, to order both inside and through the drive-tru, and it's always the same. I go through phases where I obsess over certain menu items. First it was the grilled chicken sandwich, then the crispy nuggets, then the the spicy southwest salad with a cool wrap, and lately it's been the original chicken sandwich. No matter what, the quality is there and so is the taste! I recommend trying all of the above!

Hoy fui a comprar por Drive Thru, hasta ahi todo iba bien hasta que llegué a la zona en donde entregan la comida a los clientes. Me toco esperar unos 10 min aproximadamente ya que mi comida no estaba ready y mientras esperaba, un joven con camisa azul, sin guantes, tomo un wipe y comenzó a limpiar el piso, justo en donde esta la maquina de helados, apoyando una de sus manos en el piso, luego botó el wipe y en vez de ir a lavarse las manos, tomó un vaso, sirvió la bebida, le colocó una tapa plástica y siguió agarrando las bolsas de los pedidos, cuando lo confronté, comenzó a responderme en ingles entonces en ingles, le dije que era un mal ejemplo para el equipo, porque se había puesto a limpiar el piso y no se había lavado las manos para continuar trabajando. Le pedi que llamara al manager y me dijo que el era el manager (que puede esperar el resto de los empleados si el manager hace semejante cochinada) en un local que ademas de ser bonito y nuevo debería de funcionar perfectamente las reglas de limpieza. El pregunto mi orden y dijo ohhh tiene unos Mac and chessee y se fue a buscarlos, entro al área de la cocina y al salir se lavo las manos para luego seguir atendiendo a la gente y todos los jovenes de ahi, que trabajan para el restaurant no podían ni verme a la cara. No tome fotos porque pensaba que el iria de una a lavarse las manos. Pero ellos tienen cámaras inside y outside, asi que pueden los dueños ver todo lo que aqui les digo. Deben mejorar en ese aspecto y estar mas pendientes de que lavarse las manos, especialmente cuando de comida se trata. Es por ello que les doy 1 estrella hoy. I had to wait for about 10 minutes because my food wasn't ready, and while I was waiting, a young man in a blue shirt, without gloves, took a wipe and started cleaning the floor, right where the ice cream machine is, placing one of his hands on the floor. Then he threw away the wipe and instead of washing his hands, he took a cup, poured the drink, put on a plastic lid, and continued grabbing the bags of orders. When I confronted him, he started responding to me in English, so I replied in English, telling him that he was setting a bad example for the team because he had started cleaning the floor and had not washed his hands to continue working. I asked him to call the manager, and he told me he was the manager (what can the rest of the employees expect if the manager does such a disgusting thing) in a place that, besides being nice and new, should operate perfectly according to cleaning rules. He asked for my order and said, "Oh, you have some Mac and cheese," and went to get them. He entered the kitchen area and upon coming out, he washed his hands before continuing to serve people, and all the young people there, who work for the restaurant, couldn't even look me in the face. I didn't take photos because I thought he would go straight to wash his hands. But they have cameras inside and outside, so the owners can see everything I'm telling you here. They need to improve in that aspect and be more mindful of washing their hands, especially when it comes to food. That's why I'm giving them 1 star today. My order was at 4:57 PM.

They cook with seed oils not a healthy choice. Ketchup ingredients high fructose and corn syrup horrible for our health.

I went to this location today to pick up dinner. It was busy but the line moved quickly. The staff was friendly. The location is beautiful. It is new. Great layout. Larger, better parking and easy to get in and out. The food was HOT, FRESH, and DELICIOUS. This location is consistent in making sure the food is perfect. They are super kind. I had the salad tonight which is incredible. I love it with the zesty apple cider vinaigrette. Delicious. Oh and we got a few nuggets too. Not pictured but delicious with the amazing chic fil a sauce. I'll be back for sure. Congrats on the new location. It's perfect!

Our next adventure with kids take us to Chick-fil-A a new location in Doral with a category of 3.0 with only 2 reviews. I going with 25 kids and the service was excellent y faster & the manager of the floor take all my kids to the table to seat and he bring every order they have. Rating based on a fast food restaurant. Great place for fast food fried chicken hamburguer is good and crunchy. Fries I preffer more crunch they are soft and could have salt. Order food is very quick they have a great system in place. The nuggets is real chicken and not grounded which is great.
