Food is really good. I really like the chili chicken. It really isn’t that spicy…. It’s perfect for me but the real reason for my 5 star review is customer service. In a city where real customer service is long forgotten in comes Genesis. Every time I come here and interact with her I get reminded that great customer service in Miami is not completely extinct. Everyone here is nice but to me Genesis stands out. She will go above and beyond to accommodate any requests… always with asmile on her face. Thank you Genesis for being so caring and attentive… it’d be great to have more people like Genesis out there in Miami. Thanks to you and of course the great food this is one of my favorite local spots for a quick bite.

I go to diced regularly and I always go back. The manager is super sweet and the food is amazing. Everyone is welcomed here and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Don't walk here run for a healthier alternative but leave the sauce behind it will have you hooked.

I ordered the low carb bowl 1/10/2024. About a year ago I ordered a customized bowl with spring mix and whatever I randomly chose 1/4/2023. The bowl and salad have a lot of options. They also sell smoothies. The forbidden rice is a good option over white rice. Overall good.

Cool place with healthy choices! It was my first time at any location of this successful franchise, and I enjoyed it! Didn’t know you could get the food your way either as a bowl, wrap, or salad. Had the whole wheat wrap and it tasted pretty good but protein could've been hotter.Prices were a little high, but quality is there. Passion fruit smoothie was even more tasty. Best of all, server Anthony was helpful, friendly and caf lol. Loved the decor and background music! Restrooms were really nicely decorated and clean! Definitely worth visiting.

Hands down the best customer service anyone could’ve given me and I thank the young Smiley girl For her help , I had to ask for her name . Genesis hands down made the menu so much easier for me I never been around this area and wanted to try a quick bite . Food is your every typical chipotle chicken kitchen etc so it’s isn’t anything out of the ordinary But I was surprised because usually young cashier are never so smiley and helpful like that . Great personality she expressed . Great quality of worker it shows they have . I just had to leave a review for that

They receive such an influx of Uber eats and online orders that you can tell they somewhat neglect guests in realTime.
