She worked with me on every detail for my birthday cake and cupcakes. BORIQUA CAKE IS DELICIOUS!!! First time I have ever tried this type of cake. My cupcakes were red velvet and they were so moist and scrumptious. Best cake, cupcakes, customer service and unbeatable price. In Doral, everything is so pricey, but Doral Cake Factory didn't break my mom's bank. Thank you for my wonderful cake and cupcakes experience.

I sent a request through their website for contact to see about a custom order and a few days had passed and never received a response. So figured maybe it was my mistake and somehow the request never went through. With that being said, I sent an email 5 days later for them to contact me. Til today, which is almost 2 months, I have yet to receive a response. Overall, was very disappointed about a company.
