Got to there at 9:30pm and the lady closed the door on our face. Then proceeded to walk away and completely ignored us.We didn't eat at the restaurant we were at because my daughters wanted to get ice cream from here. Very disappointed.

The ice cream is good.But 1) in this location they never keep the ice cream cold enough2) the smell of dirty bathroom there is in this place every single time I walk in is just vomit inducing. Just a pity because the ice cream is really delicious.

The truth is a disaster. I arrived 10Minutes before closing and they didn't want to serve me. Finally they let me in but didn't give me a choice of ice cream tastes. Unfriendly staff. Disaster

Terrible experience at Fredo’sFirst of all, they only give you two times the chance to try the ice cream I’ve never heard of that!!!When we ordered the mint chocolate chip It was really bitterWhen we told the attendant she tried it, and she said it was fine, and she wouldn’t return or exchange the ice cream for something else.She had a terrible attitude towards the fact that all of us (4) didn’t like the bitter taste of the ice cream.We ended up, leaving the ice cream on top of the counter and paid for nothingUnfortunately, we got to try other flavors but not that one before we order it because we only had two chance to try the ice cream

Today I went to buy an ice cream, a medium size, which I paid $9.25 with taxes!Never in any Freddo have they given me that small portion!Not even in my Country Argentina where said Brand comes from! I will not return again!

I was there last night, the beginning of my visit was kind of weird, a young woman employee was helping us, but not very helpful, she was not nice at all! However, suddenly another employee came up to help us I even thought he was the manager, but no, he was a regular employee his name is FRANK, he came to the rescue, very polite, nice, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly??????????I really recommend when you are visiting Freddo ice cream and want to have a great experience, ask for FRANK??????????
