Jersey Mike's has delicious subs, but this location in particular has terrible customer service...only because each time (3), that I've driven there to specifically go to Jersey Mikes, they have been closed well before their posted closing time of 9pm. Tonight was the last straw. I arrived at 8:29 and the door was locked and the open sign was off. Completely ridiculous. I will not go to this location again.

Even though the schedule says open till 9, I went at 8:30 and they were packing up and told me they could take take my order. You might want to update your schedule or have a tough conversation with your general manager.

First time trying this location specifically and it was amazing. Every one was super attentive and helpful, the sandwich was amazing, everyone behind the counter did their job and did it perfectly. I’ve never felt so safe in a sandwich shop. Shout out to the fellas who were working today, absolutely amazing experience.

Great place! This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. I heard they were great. I read reviews to compare Jersey MIkes to Firehouse... Most said go to Jersey MIke's. And this store did not let me down. They were great! My sandwich was awesome and huge! More importantly, the service was awesome! Sharon was amazing! She helped me find my right sandwich and and showed me all of the options. Incredible person, Sharon!
I love Jersey Mike's and this is my first time being unsatisfied. My order was my wrong so I had to take it back. The guy apologized and made it over. Customer Service was good, but this sub did NOT take like what I'm used to. The bread was hard, and the flavor was different. It was so bad I didn't finish eating it. So if you're used to that authentic Jersey Mike flavor, this one doesn't have it unfortunately.

I've never had a terrible experience as a long time customer. However, today was just awful. I ordered 12 sandwiches for a lunch meeting at the office. Every single sandwich had an issue. Wrong label! Wrong dressings! Wrong everything!! Very upsetting and totally disappointed. Moreover, I had to wait 15 minutes for my online order placed two hours prior to pick up. Nice kids working there but totally clueless, sorry. My boss told me to never order from that store in Doral.

Visited on my lunch break and ordered a chicken philly. Sandwich was good, service was great and I will visit again. Visited two weeks prior and young lady helped me in the evening. She was polite and made a good sandwich.
