These people should have more prudence and ethics, I sell very expensively, they don't have a place where people can eat, the place is dirty, bad service, ask if it's spicy and they say no because they don't eat spicy, so since they don't eat spicy, they don't care. There are so many people who start a business without taking a basic course in human relations, the city should review and close that which contributes nothing, just a couple of old gossips who believe. To start a business and like that and I do whatever I want, they have a long way to go to say that it is a food place.

I used to be a big fan of La Uchireña, especially for their empanadas which were absolutely bomb. Made fresh right in front of you, they were a breakfast delight, and the prices were just right. There were little tables where you could sit and savor your meal, making it a perfect breakfast spot for me. However, post-COVID changes have deeply affected the experience. The decision to remove the tables and shift to service through a little window, without the option of sitting outside, has taken away from the charm. Additionally, the lack of napkins and sauces that are essential to enjoying their empanadas, coupled with juices that now taste overly sweetened, has been disappointing. The overall ambiance has also declined, with the place looking increasingly run down. It's with a heavy heart that I say La Uchireña isn't what it used to be, and I find myself unable to recommend it as I once would have. For those looking for authentic and delicious Venezuelan empanadas, it may be worth exploring other options

They have a first class product and a third class service. I ordered 3 empanadas and a soup and I had to wait 40 minutes. The worst thing of all was that when I asked about my order, they didn't even bother to do anything about it.I'm just telling them that they are in a very difficult market where today you are at the top and if they neglect the details, they will be bankrupt from one day to the next.Starting with the terrible experience of placing the order, where there is no indication of how to do it, an ugly and dirty premises and then the icing on the cake, some poorly behaved employees who do not care about the satisfaction or experience of the users.The truth is I won't return.
