Today I placed an order on your website for a pound of pork rinds. When the girl from the front named María arrives, she tells me that there is no chicharrón and that she does not know how to see the orders that are made on the page. In the end, they charged me the money and didn't give me the chicharrón. The girl María had no intention of resolving the issue and told me to call the Manager myself and resolve it myself, because according to her the manager does not answer on Sundays. I called the Manager and he actually didn't answer. For now I am without the money and without the pork rinds.

I came to the place because it was recommended to me. But the service is terrible. I arrived and it is as if the client had not entered. I don't know if the owner was there. I was leaving and asked if it was closed because no one was attending to me. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes. The place was almost alone, it's not even because they were busy, I'm a businesswoman and I know what a bad review means but if they don't control the business it gets out of hand. I asked the girl if it was open and she told me if it was open. And they didn't take your order? Oh my God

The pork rinds are increasing it per month, it was at 17, then at 19 and now at 20. Very expensive, not even first class meat. I won't buy more and I won't go out to eat either. The gas going down and the cheapness of a lifetime rising in price without stopping.. ???

The chicharrones from this place are exquisite. But there is better service for men than for women.I waited about 30 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted. And every man who entered ran to attend to him.And if I waited that time it was to verify what was mentioned.It's more like a canteen there. It is not a family atmosphere place.

The first time i order from here I was overjoyed with the quality of the chicharron it was fresh crispy and moist. A week later on November 14th I ordered again and with how good it was the first time I decided get a larger order and to my dismay the food arrived very quickly however the quality was poor. The chicharron was dry, over cooked and cold. Very cold especially to be 1.7 miles away. I placed my order at 11:40am it arrived @ 12:08 pm. There obviously wasn't any quality check. I also ordered the cacahpa with carne asada an $8.00 up charge and they forgot to add it.Needless to say I am disappointed and it will be a long time before I order from. here again.

This was a great place in Miami. It’s been sold. I was in town after several years after Covid and this has been the worst food experience of my life. Tough Churrasco wrongly cooked and how can you screw up a Steak Sandwich? Of course half the sandwich with no meat… including the one bought to take home for my son., stay away.
