They’re so irresponsable, we tried to call them because my cake was messed up and they never answered. My cake was supposed to be one side chocolate and one side their “specialty” rum, and as you can see on the picture it was just a regular pound cake. The idea of the decoration was right but they put “MAX” instead of my name. My husband made the request 3 weeks in advance since he was going to be out of the country to surprise me and it was very disappointed that we didn’t get what was ordered. Also that we tried to call, it was delivered with delay, and they hung up on us. Not coming back for sure and 1 star is too much. Very unprofessional

Ordered a graduation cake and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The cake looked good on the outside but was mushy in the inside and tasted nothing like the flavor I had requested and just tasted BAD. For the cost of the cake I was expecting to at least be able to eat it but due to the flavor and texture we ended up having to throw it out. I have called multiple times to let them know my disappointment and a week later still haven't gotten a response. Will never order from them again.

The cake is so amazing! We ordered our wedding cake from Lucila Cakes and received so many compliments. We had rum, amaretto, and guava layers and they were all moist and so delicious. I'm partial to guava flavored goods, if you are too do yourself a favor and get 1,000 lbs of the guava cake. I taste it in my daydreams ????

I ordered a cake for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. I sat with Eva, who went over different ideas for the design. They don’t have catalogs of their cakes. Only on Instagram and they are not separated by categories, so you have to scroll through endless photographs to see if there is something you like. She drew a cake of an idea she had, she drew a 50 on top. I said I wanted it in off white and gold, since it is 50 years. I liked it and for a cake for 10 people I paid

Very disappointed with the cake. For the amount of money i paid i expected something alot better. Cake tasted like a dry sponge. Did not meet my expectations. On top of it all cake was heavy and too tall for a 2 tier cake.

Awful customer service. I asked for a refund on a cake and had to wait 4 days, and was only refunded when I went to the store personally. Also, If you are looking for “real” Lucila’s cake this is NOT the one, as she sold her franchise and they kept her name. Recipe is different, cakes don’t taste the same. The real one (same recipe) is called Sweet Art cakes on Bird Road.

Desafortunadamente cuando llego hoy a recoger mi Cake no era lo que me esperaba ni tenia el mismo modelo ni los mismos colores ademas la masa no era buena estaba totalmente seca. En conclusion ni lo recomiendo ni voy mas tienen los precios super elevados y no la calidad que se requiere. La primera foto era la muestra y llegar alli me encontre la segunda.
