For the past couple of years, Manny's Wood Grill has been my go-to spot, consistently delivering exceptional food and ambiance. However, my recent visit on Friday, March 15, 2024, left a bitter taste due to an unfortunate encounter with our server, Miguel. Despite inviting friends who were eager to experience the restaurant for the first time, Miguel's demeanor was off-putting. Rather than warmly guiding them through the menu, he arrogantly imposed his choices on them, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.The tipping incident further exacerbated our disappointment. When my friend attempted to settle the bill with a generous cash payment of $300 for a total of $256, Miguel's response was shockingly inappropriate. Instead of expressing gratitude, he questioned the amount in a confrontational manner, insinuating that it was insufficient. This unprofessional behavior not only soured our evening but also tarnished the reputation of Manny's Wood Grill.Such conduct reflects poorly on the establishment and risks alienating loyal patrons. I implore the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that future guests do not endure similar discomfort. It is my hope that corrective action is taken to uphold the high standards of professionalism and hospitality that Manny's Wood Grill is known for.

This was our first time at Manny's. It was an excellent experience. How great for Doral to have such a good restaurant! A very nice atmosphere, good lighting, not too loud, excellent service with smiling and friendly staff. Food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection. Called the restaurant looking to make reservations. Spoke with Manny and he accommodated us immediately. Met us at the door, seated us immediately and prepared the most excellent Bone in Ribeye I ever had. Very welcoming atmosphere and he even gave us complementary Lemon Cello s. Thanks a MILLION Manny, we will definitely be Back when we’re In Miami

Last night was our anniversary we got greeted and sat down immediately. Our waitress Maureen was absolutely amazing. The quality of food was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend this place to several people and anyone I will come back again with my wife. Thank you for the service and the great experience.

This is a very nice restaurant. Food quality is great and so is the service. Manny, the owner, is there and greets all the customers. Super friendly guy. I recommend you make reservations because he gets busy. We spent over $100/person but also ordered two bottles of nice wine, multiple appetizers and deserts in addition to the main meal.

What a great restaurant, their food is one the best we have ever had, the service provided was superb, very attentive and professional. The pianist was excellent. Our experience was truly fantastic, a combination of great food, service, environment, entertainment, and even the table setting was just perfect! It is something you won't find too easy these days,
Oh my scallops!!! Seafood perfection. Had the Seafood Soup and Scallops al la Pear. I have never seen scallops of this size. They looked like tenderloin slices or small filets. Cooked to tender mouth watering perfection, absolutely not over or under cooked. And they duplicated this perfection, another in our party, the same thing. Ambiance is date night, collared shirt a must. Pants or slacks a good idea. Service was professional, courteous, and spot on. Not rushing to move you out. It's small. Make a reservation, or the bar is where you will be.

I've been to Manny's on many an occasion throughout the last couple of years and they never disappoint. If you are looking for a high quality meal with beautiful and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you. I love that I can carry a conversation without having to raise my voice or yell. The quality of the food is impeccable. I've had the Veal, Osso Bucco, Steaks, Lamb Chops, you name it. Seasoned and cooked to perfection every time! Service is always great and the reservation process is easy. This is for sure my go to place for a great meal.
