Yesterday I bought 2 milkshakes, we ordered the L and the glass said M and the other I ordered M and they gave me S, we went to complain and they said the size we ordered was fineI wanted to ask for WATER and they wanted to charge me for it, it is the only place where they don't even give away WATER. The truth is that it was the first time I came and I WOULD NOT RETURN and I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING, don't waste your TIME COMING

I know McDonald's at this point is trash, super expensive ultra processed foods. But even when you want to get idk a simple combo and walk into the kiosk these people have 2 self serving machines and one is broken, there's a family of 5 people that are on the other machine and none of them know how to use it.. the guy and lady that work there instead of taking my order and 3 other peoples order decides to figure our why the other touch kiosk machines isn't working lmaoooo what?? There wasn't even heavy drive through traffic and the guy goes to fix the machine, he can't tells the manager older lady she says oh well and leave it like that and go back to the back of the employee section leaving me and 4 more people to wait wayyyyyy longer for the family of 5 to finish self serving even though they are confused and can't even use the thing right hahaha oh well thanks now I can go to a way better restaurant instead of this turdy food. McDonald's you suck!! Extra L

I ordered a Spicy chicken, something like that. My friend had ordered one and it was very spicy. I asked the attendant to remove the hot sauce, but he explained that the pepper was actually from the meat. However, he explained that if I found it too spicy, I could return it and they would make another snack for me. I don't know what they did, but the snack was delicious, one of the most delicious I've ever eaten.Parking: Normal, with spaces in the parking area, with good access to the street.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Mac Donald's!

On January 13, 2024, at 6:14 PM, we had an exceptionally disappointing experience at the McDonald's drive-thru. The employee, Sidel, who processed our order, exuded disinterest and lethargy. She neglected to give us our order total and her demeanor suggested she was not fully present in her role.When we reached the second window for pickup, our request for ketchup packets was blatantly ignored by Sidel. Despite our visible efforts to get her attention, she chose to disregard us, engaging in jovial conversation with her coworkers instead. It was only thanks to a diligent young staff member who noticed us and promptly responded to our simple request that we received the ketchup packets.The situation was unnecessarily stressful and cast a pall over what should have been a straightforward service interaction. It's disheartening when the basic standards of customer service are not met, particularly by a well-established brand like McDonald's. This level of service is not conducive to a positive customer experience and should be addressed immediately by the management.
