La Terraza restaurant is inside the Doubletree Hilton in Doral. It has a full bar and spacious dining with a lot of natural lighting from the wall of windows. As you enter the hotel lobby, it's to the left with a side restaurant door which leads to the outdoor pool and indoor gym. The waitress did double duty at the bar and brought out the chicken quesadillas with no wait time.

So I was staying right next door at the Aloft and decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. I came during lunch and had a cappuccino which was rich but not bitter. Very smooth and just what I need. For lunch I got the Serrano and manchego sandwich. You can tell they use quality products, because it was really good. The bread was a little crunchy on the outside but soft in the center. The arugula was freshly and dressed with a touch of balsamic. Very good spot based on my two orders. The staff was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend

I really have to share this, beware! There's crazy people out there! I went with my friends after work to this place in Doral very nice place, homey, cozzy, backyard kinda style. We started as a party of 3, then 5 and finally another friend joined. When the last one gets there, she ordered a glass of wine and an order or falafel. She gets the wine. When she orders her 2nd glass of wine, she reminds the waiter about the falafel... a few drinks later, we decided to go somewhere else. We asked for the bill. On the bill we noticed that they were charging us for the falafel we never had and we kindly asked to remove it from the bill. When the waiter comes back, she brings the falafel! We told her, thank you but we are leaving already and we don't want it anymore. The manager comes and wants to force us to pay for something we never got! She said, that we ordered it 15min before and the policy is 30min in order to cancel. We explained that we ordered it twice with daylight, it was already night when they brought it to us. I don't like shows, I told the manager... I'll pay for it, but don't expect a good review from me. Another manager comes, I'm assuming is the owner, she starts talking to us I guess trying to understand why we don't want to pay for the falafel and why the other manager is going ballistic on us. She touched my shoulder, to which I said, please don't touch me. Long story short, my friend paid for the falafel and took it home.... We all paid our dues, no extra tip because of course 20% service charge was already included. We leave the place, and we stayed in the parking lot talking about what are we going to do the next day. We are making plans about going to the beach or doing a BBQ, talking about my shoes that got stolen from my door, about the what shampoo you use for the dog, etc... we are just talking in the parking lot. The other owner (assuming is the husband of the 1st manager/owner) comes out to us! And he stands on the parking divider so obviously he looks even taller. He comes to me, threatening me that he knows where I work because I was wearing my work shirt. This guy had the balls to threat me with my job if I give them a bad review!! I looked at he guy, I looked at my friends, my fiends looked at me and looked at the guy... we don't quiet understand what was going on... I told the guy I had nothing to talk to him and we just left... I should've call the police. This kind of people should have psychological therapy! They are threat to society... these are the ones that start a shooting for no reason.

Our next family food adventure take us to LA Terraza Organic Restaurant located at Doral breakfast time The terrace is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of a city with a lot of traffic and a lot of stress from the dawn to the end of the day. With a very colorful and striking decoration inside where you can find several corners for a personal photo and post them on social media. It has a patio where the shade that comes from each plant or tree in the place maintains a cool temperature to enjoy the day in the company of friends and family. Well the food was unbelievably delicious you can feel the freshness of the ingredients on your plate, everything was cooked at the perfect temperature. Sophia our very professional and friendly waitress and offered us the best option on the menu, we ordered a latte and to our surprise Paula is a young barista with an incredible unique talent of creating a work of art from a coffee High recommend place if you are visiting doral city

This is the worst place I've ever visit, we got there at 1 pm for brunch and they never explained that the restaurant closes at 3 even though it say's on google that closes at 5 , the waitress didn't knew anything about the menu and she didn't know how to explain the happy hour. We ask for our food that was only a "picadera" and they took 45 minutes to bring it keep in mind place was empty. Also one of my friends left his sunglasses and when we got back (in person) they told us that in order to get the sunglasses he had to come back on Tuesday since they were already close Overall it was horrendous , there are a lot of good places in doral to go in there.

The server sofi was so lost, she didnt know about the things we were asking in the menu, she didnt even understand how the happy hour worked. We asked another server for the manager and she said there was no manager present, when we told her about the experience and told her that we were having a bad time and that we were not happy and never coming back, she answered with "good thing this is not my restaurant" It was a horrible experience to be honest. Bad service, we had to get up in order to ask for the food that we wanted to order since no one actually came to our table to ask. Don't come here for brunch there's so many places to go here that this one doesnt even ckmpete with other places.
