Jessica was so amazing, in a doral where customer service is lost she put the icing on the cake! We just had our baby she noticed my husband's nursery nicu band and congratulated him. Thank you for your kindness and the food omg just amazing chef kiss!!!

We ordered food for delivery. I will say that it arrived pretty quickly; however, it was at the expense of the quality. The arrival time is the only good thing I can say. We wanted to try the Epic Calzone Stuffed Crust Pizza because it looked so good on the commercial. It didn’t look anything like the commercial. First, the crust wasn’t even cooked through. It was very doughy. The lazy person who was in charge of cutting the toppings couldn’t be bothered to cut the salami. They slapped half rounds of salami on top. We ordered wings and selected the Well Done option. They were NOT well done, and instead of the blue cheese dipping sauce we requested we got marinara. The only good thing was they had a free delivery special as long as your order was at least $40. This experience only confirmed why we never order from Papa Johns.

This is the third and LAST TIME that I order papa John’s ! Each time I order a regular pizza I always get the flat little pizza and I mean ALWAYS ! 3 times in a row .They don’t seen to read the others or don’t care to!

Got a pizza bowl and had NO sauce. Got hot lemon peppered wings and they had no lemon pepper and only a glazed amount of Buffalo sauce! Horrible food! They need a new manager.

Ordered two pizzas, only received one, they weren't even interested in helping, all they would say is come pick it up but it's their fault they didn't hand it to the Uber driver, we're on vacation and don't have a car and why would we pay for delivery again/gas (if we had a car) for their own mistake? Paid for priority because we were starving, my mom is allergic to gluten and wheat, she has to take pills at a certain hour as well but she wasn't able to because of this. Terrible service and also the pizza that did arrive wasn't even properly cut. Would add photos but I can't take a photo of a pizza that didn't arrive.

A disaster of a place. These people are so unorganized that I’m surprised they can keep their franchise license.Incompetent and undertrained front staff. Complacent and uninterested management. Keep telling me it’ll be less than 4 minutes while it’s in the oven over and over, but it’s 35 mins late now, and it’s another “less than 5 minutes.”Clearly they dont have the skills to manage the operation efficiently. I suggest they take their headphones off, start talking to each other, and coordinating their kitchen with some effort (if not a little professionalism)If you MUST have this pizza, may I suggest you order for delivery so you can avoid the utter chaos and disorder of this establishment.

I order online i the App, and until and made the order(payment) it provides the waiting time of 90 minutes ... This should be fixed in the app to get the estimated time before taking the order

Terrible experience, will never buy from Papa John's again. We ordered online and were informed Pizza would be delivered in 50 minutes. One hour and 30 minutes later and no pizza. Tried to call took 20 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to someone. We were then informed that they did not have a delivery driver and the pizza was ready but would have to be picked up. No one can call you after and order is placed to tell you it can not be delivered. THIS IS UNACCECPTABLE!!! I asked to refund the delivery charge of $5 and the tip they added for delivery of $9. I was told they could return the $5 delivery charge but they could not refund the $9 tip. So I paid them $9 for me to PICKUP my own pizza. I will never do business with this company again. If I could give them negative stars I would. -5 stars on a 5 star rating.
