I created an account with Puratos as a customer… and when I try to long in to place an order , it says that my email isn’t recognize…. I haven’t been able to order I email them over a month ago and I’m still waiting for their response It looks like that they don’t care I called customer service and the lady who answer all the time it’s so unwelcoming and very rude Telling me what to do not even letting explain the issue and that I have tried a lot and been waiting for a good time now.
