Buonissimo! Truly authentic Italian pizza. This place made me feel like I was back in Italy. The owner was absolutely amazing and we shared stories of Italy. This has become my new favorite pizza place. Oh, and the pastries and desserts are to die for!

Absolutely delicious. A small hole in the wall restaurant that really embodies the spirit of italy. The man who took my order greeted me warmly and had a larger than life personality. I ordered 2 pizza's, a small pastry, and one of their homemade assortments of treats. The lemon sorbet and the pistachio treat i had were both excellent. I brought the pizza home to share with my family and we all enjoyed it very much. Before you go order at your usual pizza place, i highly recommend giving this small Italian shop a try. Where else can you go where they prepare your food in-front of you while the Italian chef describes to you his homemade sauce that was inspired by his mother?
I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. They quickly answered my call (unlike other places) and was very easy to order. The Palermo pizza was delicious. I'm glad I also got a Panetone because it was the best I've ever had so get them while they're on stock. I'll have to come back to see if everything they make is as delicious as what I just tried.

On this evening my wife and I were in the mood for pizza. I yelped pizza and Q Buono Pizzeria and Bakery was the closest and first to pop up, many people would be discouraged at first glance but I'm the type that loves small family places and this spot is perfect. First and foremost we were greeted like family and the front of the store is full of treats right in your face. We knew exactly what pie we wanted to have it was the Caracas pie and immediately Fabrisio went to making our pie grabbing the doe and even throwing it up in the air like a frisbee I thought to myself this is gonna be great. I looked a bit past Fabrisio and noticed the wood fire oven it looked like a Humongous tomato with wood burning inside of it, he placed the pie in the big wood burning tomato and I watched as the sauce, cheese, bacon, ham and corn started to melt on the frisbee he had just thrown in the air. I have to say if you enjoy visuals this is the place to see a pie come together, literally a masterpiece. When the pie came out he asked if it was to go we asked if he could just place it on the counter next to the window, when I saw the pie at arms length I could not contain myself I grabbed the first slice and fell in love. While writing this review my mouth continually waters!!! We purchased some authentic Italian goodies to take home. Fabrisio you will be seeing a lot of my wife and I you've gained not just customers but friends for life. The limón sorbete was awesome don not leave without having it. Cruz & Jorge

Amazing little gem found new in Doral. We didnt want to do the regular pizza today so looked around found them. I am a desert junkie so it caught my attention. The owner is Italian and probably one of the nicest owners i have ever met. Gave me some samples as a new comer and left with more stuff lol. Pizzas were on point, just the right balance of everything. Deserts were good. Lasagna is also good. Must also try the sorbet which he gave me a sample of. My wife was pissed i didnt buy a full drink. We will surely be back and will tell all our doral people. Much success during this crazy times!!!!
