Very bad experience. Unkind treatment when ordering and additionally the girl who served my son did not even respond to the greeting, when asking why she did not know the concept of the place she responded very reluctantly and without any type of empathy. The public is won with good attention and cordiality otherwise places disappear, this one has been there for a long time but in reality it is my second bad experience. Even the girl checked a $10 bill, I imagine she thought it was fake, despite it being a person identified as an employee at the Mall.There are not many places to eat and the few that there are do not take advantage of the captive audience of the Mall itself. What a shame

So I ordered their garlic cheese bread and basically got little to no cheese. I offered to pay but they said no that they couldn’t charge me? I just wanted what was pictured nothing too crazy. After that they didn’t give me the side of marinera stating it’s not included mind you it is pictured. See the pictures you be the judge. I had the same thing 2 weekends ago and was perfect cheese garlic bread with marinera that’s why I know this visit was all wrong. What pisses me off most is one of the employees stated to me I should have just ordered a cheese pizza, I would but I wonder if they will give me none sense about the marinera on the side and put the garlic oil. Wow how disappointing I even offered to pay and they couldn’t do it, REALLY?

It was so nice to see this young man again. It was super weird when he told me to "summon the demons" and to "enslave the chosen one." Really weird. Loved the pizza though.

One of the workers at utc mall were very disrespectful. The lady was taking my order and i could not hear her because she was talking soft. She continuously rolled her eyes at me in frustration. There were a ton of noise going on in the background so i couldnt hear her. She was screaming at me in a very rude tone. The pizza was okay but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
