Terrible attention, terrible service, the people who serve do not have the slightest idea of how to serve customers, they were rude, ill-mannered and even defiantly trying to get you to stand up from the tables while you are eating so they can close the place without looking to see that people have not finished eating. Just as they also run away from people because they don't want to serve more people, there are two girls who were super rude and rebellious when they were complained about, really terrible!! poor owners don't know they are bankrupting the place

All the ice cream are really good but unfortunately I can't say the same regardless customer service. There is an employee working today at the end of the night really rude with the customers, the way that she approaches is very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Very cool place for kids AND adults! All different kinds of shakes, ice creams etc. You can watch how they prepare your order and kids looove the cute little things they put on ice cream. The regular ice cream is going to have the most amazing texture you have ever tasted. SUPER CREAMY! Not your average ice cream cost, you have to go knowing you will pay a little more compared to any other ice cream place, but definitely a recommended place.

We bought a Cereal Bowl and a Cupcake Frosting. I rate it a 4/5 because it’s too sweet. I would recommend this if you’re having a sweet tooth. The place is dope though! I’d definitely come back again! And the Cereal Bowl was better than the Cupcake frosting in my opinion! (:

The ice creams here are amazing. I love that they have many options, however I always order the frisky whiskey because I love it. Too rich. The staff is super friendly and the store is decorated super cute. Has a Charlie vibe in the chocolate

Honest Review:Came here with the family after the pizza place (Spizzigo), and I gotta say this nitrogen ice cream was excellent. We all got different ice creams and shakes.Shot out to the 3 people who work there in the afternoons.Highly recommend this place if you like ice cream and want to try out with nitrogen and some fun ones.

AMBIANCE: a quirky factory-themed ice cream joint that uses the idea of the nitrogen and brings it to life in a fun, mechanical yet whimsical way. Indoor seating and a large outdoor patio. SERVICE: while we were in it seemed like the employee was having to do a lot of tasks at once. It caused her to be pretty slow when it came to taking our order and starting our ice cream. She was quiet but not rude. FOOD: The ice cream was creamy and rich - both of our sundaes were recommended recipes, and I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and toppings. The ice cream was (thankfully) the best part. However, the taste didn't outweigh the cost. VALUE: Honestly, this sundae was overpriced. Nearly $15 for a scoop of ice cream and some toppings. I understand they need to keep up with the area of town & that it's fresh-made but with slow service and unnecessarily high prices I rated it 4 stars.
