This was by far the worst Venezuelan empanada I’ve ever eaten. Not only this but I got a piece of hair inside of all my empanadas. I only ate one without a hair, and good crazy poisoning. Please go somewhere else!!!

PIECE OF GLASS IN MY EMPANADA.I bought some empanadas for my employees and I, as i started eating them and was biting into one of them, a sharp piece of CLEAR GLASS was literally INSIDE the empanada. when i went back to tell them, they acted like i was exaggerating "oh its just a small piece" and on top of that. when i asked them to get my money back the lady said "ok you bought 12 empanadas but i will only refund you for the 8 you brought back" literally after i stabbed the back of my mouth with one of their empanadas.i know accidents happen, but after seeing the reviews and the way they handle their customers, i can tell this is clearly something regular. not recommended, dirty, cheap, and the worst customer service.

Bad pick up service. I placed an order early for just a few appetizers (20 units) to pick up at 5:pm. It's 6pm and they haven't shipped yet!! Terrible that's why the withdrawal time is scheduled! They must improve the delivery service: time is valuable!

What happened to this site? The empanadas seemed overheated, the filling was salty, and the attention was TERRIBLE, not even the Good Mornings responded...... How horrible the employees with a bad face, bad attitude....

Misleading advertising and very bad attention, especially from a tall, bad-looking employee who PRETENDS to see the customers' stupid faces. The only thing that costs $11 is the grilled chicken, the rest they tell you the price when you go to pay and if you say something to them, they respond rudely. NOT RECOMMENDED. They just lost another client.

We arrived for the announcement today, January 3, but it turned out to be a scam, there are no $1 empanadas. When you ask, the employee responds very rudely.It's a shame that the owners have to lose customers because of such rude employees.Very slow service. The only good thing is the coffee although it takes 20 minutes

I came here with my family as we have been trying other Venezuelan restaurants. The empanadas are good but the service is terrible. Instead of letting us know they were short staffed beforehand they made us wait more than 25 mins to get a coffee and upon asking why delay if we could get refunded as we were done eating the owner called us stupid and asked us to leave.What a great wait to build up a clientele.

I don't like to give this type of review, but if the occasion warrants it I will. Today I went to this place to place an order for 30 empanadas. We ordered a box of mixed cheese empanadas. Chicken and ground beef.While they were preparing the order, I realized that the girls and the manager were talking about how they apparently had some confusion about the type of empanadas they were putting in my box. When I received the order I asked the girl if the order was complete (I asked because I saw that two of the girls were putting and taking out different empanadas in my box, and I caught my attention based on the confusion they showed while they were preparing the order) And she said yes.When we arrived and opened the box and started eating, we didn't realize that the order was not what we had ordered. They had cheese and ham empanadas. Shredded meat (we did not order this type) and there was no ground beef or chicken.So we decided to call them to let them know that they had made a mistake in the order, we did not want to return or change the order simply because we were more than 5 miles from the place and they would not return because of that and we had already eaten almost half of the order, only We wanted to let you know for future orders and the most surprising thing was that the girl who answered us insulted me, saying that it was lies because the orders for cheese and ham empanadas were only made for special orders (we had no ideas, they had cheese and ham empanadas It's not because in our order they gave us those by mistake and the box we ordered did have the exact order as we had asked for, which was not true because we were all eating the empanadas and we knew they were not the one they said they were. And When I continued to explain to him that no, he was wrong and we just wanted to let them know, he simply hung up the phone, showing great rudeness and terrible customer service.

Empanadas were very small and burned. False advertising on price. Window says $1 but we were charged $2. Bread was undercooked. Customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This is the USA, not Venezuela. You need to change your attitude. This place was empty for a reason. Bad food and even worse service. We should have gone to the place across the street even though it was very crowded. Lesson learned.
