We went last Saturday to eat there and. I have never felt more horrible and discriminated (I’m Latin) in my life.I feel that this the world we are living people are so afraid that they try to show how they are not racist that they go and mistreat other races rather than just behave properly . We are all important We came in sat down and waited 10 minutes no one came to provide a menu then two black women came in and they got a menu right away so we sat a little longer waiting and nothing we we’re ignored. I use to love this place but now I never go again and. This is the second time I put this review apparently it was removed but I will come back and keep adding not to harm anyone just so you correct your error and treat everyone fairly.

My husband and I decided to go to this restaurant because we had been there before Covid and loved their sushi. We walked in sat there for 10 minutes nothing then 2 black women walked in and they came rushing to provide them a menu. I never felt so discriminated in my life (I'm Latin) and even after they gave them the menu we sat there and nothing we got up and left. I know so many people In this city I will make sure to spread the word.

MY FAVORITE SUSHI SPOT!!Fish is always so fresh and yummy!Love love love their tuna/eel/salmon here as well as the soba.Its honestly me and my boyfriends to go sushi spot!Friendly workers and good vibes.Truly we’re never disappointed. 10/10 authentic

I would definitely come back here! The tuna was fresh, the eel was cooked perfectly, the sushi rice wasn't dry or overcooked, and the flavors were good. We also ordered the shrimp shumai which was stuffed with good chunks of shrimp. Overall, the food was delicious, service was attentive, and the ambiance is similar to what you would expect in Japan where the focus is on the food, not the location.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I used to go to dragonfly, in downtown Doral, for sushi. But the original owner sold it. After that, the menu changed and food got worse since he left. As such we needed to find a new sushi place. This fit the bill. It's a small hole in the wall in a strip mall, next to an Italian and middle eastern place. The wait staff are usually pretty good. But it's the food that shines here. Every roll I've had has been terrific, and the teriyaki was some of the best I've had. But the star for me and my wife is the gyoza soup, teeming with lemongrass and nice sized dumplings. The broth is frankly addictive. And it's the perfect way to start every meal there. I'd give this place 10/10.
Sushi here is so so so good. My fav is the JB tempura fried roll they have. It always comes so warm and nice and I crave it alll the time!! The service is always so wonderful too :)

Had been meaning to come here for a long time on my gfs recommendation. It was definitely worth it all. Joe works in the restaurant and works taking orders and taking care of customers. He is so nice, personable, and friendly. The sushi is DELICIOUS. He explained to us how they handle their raw fish to quell our doubts. The volcano roll is delicious. Had the raw yellowtail roll and the eel dragon roll. Both were absolutely great. The service is also really good. The place is somewhat small, but that doesn’t impede the experience. Will definitely be back. Thank you Joe.

Found this place a few months ago while looking for a reliable sushi staple restaurant, as I’m new to the Doral area. They not only have amazing and reasonably priced sushi with fresh fish, but they have a wide assortment of Japanese small plates that aren’t easy to find at many other sushi joints in the city. Their takoyaki is AMAZING and comparable to ones I used to eat when I lived in South Korea. This is a really cozy spot with fantastic service. My girlfriend and I try to frequent this place as much as we can, as it’s a really great value. 10/10 would recommended Sushi Joe to anyone trying to satisfy their craving for delicious Japanese food!
