Not reliable. I called Saturday for an order on Sunday, a guy “took the order” and told me to come Sunday, surprise, they did not have the cake .They do not open Sundays! At least not at 1000 as advertised on their website.They do lot have a good selection, their cakes are old.
As is painful is to admit the glorious days of the very best cake boutique in Miami was undeniably Lucilas after her passing and new owners some of the magic has been gone. However the cake designs and texture still there. I wish Triny still working there she knew exactly from the glorious days what came from lucilas is all about. I flew in from Maryland and was told how great their cakes are… well it’s true! Here’s a photo of my Godson’s cake! It was delicious! Their customer service was fantastic! It was last minute and they really were accommodating. So pleased that I’ve added this bakery to my address book for future visits to Miami. By the way, our family ENJOYED it. Rum Cake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
