We started with Brian in the blue shirt. He was awesome. Then his shift ended and we got stuck with Alejandro who was a bit rude in rushing us out of the door and cleaning up the table as we were sitting down and finishing our drinks... we were only 2 minutes over the time....The place was nice and we had a fun time but our waiter ruined the experience a bit.

My friends and I came here to celebrate one of my friend's birthday. They have food, drinks, and sandwiches. The staff were friendly. The ambiance is lively, with music playing in the background. Is a nice place to have fun and interactive experience for beginners and seasoned golfers. It was a nice memorable night with my friends.

For our first time playing golf it wasn't that bad. We had a great time and had fun. At first we thought we weren't going to make it but we could. The super cozy place for the activity they do. All the staff were super attentive and the best thing was that there weren't so many people and so the concentration was more fluid to hit the ball. We were 4 people and we stayed for 1½ hours. I recommend the place to go in groups of family or friends to relax and enjoy the facilities that are well maintained.

I was a former Kitchen staff employee. This place is very unprofessional and very sneaky. Long story short i was continuously being bullied by three staff members. Things exploded last week and guess who lost their Job? ME! This place is full of conniving sneaky people that are all either Boyfriends and girlfriends or just very cool with upper management. This place is fun when things go smoothly. But staff is not responsive when things go wrong. On our last visit, the equipment went bad and none of us could play, but they don’t stop or reset the time. When I asked if customers have to pay for down time due to faulty equipment, they quickly replied “yes” like it shouldn’t even be a question. Later, the server overcharged us on a drink. When I pointed it out, he explained that he charged that drink bc people usually order that special drink. So I asked him if we ordered it. And he admitted we did not but still wouldn’t remove the charge. I had to insist to make him understand that he can’t charge customers for things they did not order. So, what would be a minor situation elsewhere becomes a mood killer at this Top Golf location. This place is pricey, sonit’s a shame that they just don’t get the most basic concept of a business-customer interaction.
Made a reservation for the wrong day. Called tried to move it and they are like sorry you are out your money. Not the first time that TG has shafted me either. Had a party here about a month ago. Paid crazy amount for the 3 hours and when I went to extended it was 90 dollars per bay versus if I walked in it was 50/bay. Do yourself a favor and don’t use their reservation system. It’s a scam and outright robbery. Also customer service rep clearly working from home with a dog barking in the background. ?

I've visit several times this location during the day with my godchildren. Last night was my first experience at night and it was such a disappointment! Thank you Alissa for your unprofessional ways of treating customers!I ordered a Pineapple Golfbag and I was directed by the bartender that I couldn't order it because it was for 2 people; she called the manager. Alissa came by and said it is what it is; I asked her if they can just put it in that cup even if I had to pay myself for the cup and Alissa was just arguing back and forth about it being for 2. Then I told okay it is for us two since apparently I couldn't buy the cup for some reason which is the stupidest thing in this world!Anyways, that drink was water downed in every way after they put it in the cup. Alissa (manager) attitude was just terrible in every possible way! Her tone of voice was very bratty; one thing for sure, if you don't like the job just quit! Stay away from the food and drinks!If I keep coming here it's just for the golf part which is fun! I will definitely will be making my complaint about this location to HR offices.On the other side, the bar back was extremely helpful, bartender had an attitude after we spoke to Alissa but changed it midway and started actually serving the right way like she should've been from the beginning, plenty of parking available, host very nice and helpful, server Federico was the best; THANK YOU!Parking: First come first serve basisKid-friendliness: Not for children more like teens atmosphere unless children are coming to eat and watch but it is dangerous if you’re not watching them fully

What a good place to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends. It is fun.It is possible that the suggestion of giving a tip based on the entire bill, including rental of the Bay (place where the game is played) is somewhat exaggerated. They should only charge for food.
