You should give this place time to get up to speed before you expect to be able to get a quick lunch. I went for lunch on a Thursday and it was packed, but we found a couple seats at the outdoor bar. Drink service was slow and they were out of the first 2 draft beers I requested (and is took about 15 minutes to finally get one that was available), but food service was quick once we got the waitress's attention, and the food was good. Unfortunately, it took a another 15 minutes to get the bill at the end (even though the waitress saw us requesting it).

This is the first review in my 5 years of having a Yelp account because of how horrible my experience has been with this restaurant. For starters, they can use more training as my server was completely LOST! Any who, I was charged a $30 tip on a $23 tab (I always tip cash for this exact reason). No big deal as mistakes happen, so I called on a Wednesday and spoke to a manager (Alexis) and told her about my transaction dispute which said would return my call after looking into it. Sadly, no call back the whole day! Next day, give ANOTHER call but this time didn't get the managers name on shift who asked me the same exact questions Alexis did and also promised to return my call by the end of the day and of course, NOTHING. Useless managers as nothing upsets me more than not prioritizing a customers money which the point of this isn't about the $30 tip but about the principal. Day 3, finally get ahold of ANOTHER manager but this time (Cesar) is able to help me out. However, on that same phone call after waiting 17 minutes on hold the host comes back to say "My coworker forgot you were on hold, what do you need again?" I explained to Cesar how poor this establishment is being run as the day before I asked to speak to a manager on shift and was told "Can you call back tomorrow?" She quickly understood I did not take that lightly. Cesar told me he would look into and I called back again just to confirm something was being done about the situation instead of blowing me off and explained that their GM (Alex) was looking into it and I mentioned to him that I need to speak to Alex because this is just flat out ridiculous. Still waiting for a call from their GM and my refund as I don't even know if anything was done. To sum all this up, I have been in the industry for 6+ years as a bartender and I've worked behind elite management before and can tell you how they have handled this situation is absolutely garbage. I'll stick to my Pines Twin Peaks location and make that drive any day than ever come here again.

I enjoyed a fun night with friends over some apps and drinks, both of which were very reasonably priced. Our server Neela did a great job, she was very charismatic and kind. The location was very packed given its grand opening just a week or two ago. The food took a bit long, but im sure that it was due to the volume of patrons and the fact that it is a new location. Overall it was a good experience. Highly recommend.

They truly need to get it together! Sat at the bar on a Tuesday night at midnight to wait for 25 mins to be acknowledged by the bartender, who then proceeds to speak to every single guy hitting on her, to wait another 20 mins for one beer. simply ridiculous! I ordered food to only cancel bc it was over 45 mins and still no cheese curds! I have a hard time believing this establishment will succeed being run as such! take a look at pines and get some pointers!!

As a continouos consumer of the company (Pembroke pines and Hollywood) this has been worse experience ever. I’m all for being patient but Over 45mins for beef tacos, and it’s not even Tuesday. Had to send back the queso dip and chips twice because it was too cold .Idk If it’s poor communication between jade (server) and the kitchen. But you guys have to do better.

For starters, "about damn time" with my Lebron James voice. Service, drinks and atmosphere has been amazing. Short of nothing and very happy this is our new Doral spot to be at. Our homegirls Ellis, Jade, Raquel and Kysa were amazing! They were exceptional and pretty much great!!! Managers are truly setting up these place for success ie: Jack, Alexis(my fav) and Karina. #dahollywoods

The place is new, during the weekend it is very busy and there is a long wait, on Monday around 5:40 it was still very busy but there was space, the food was good, the service was a little slow but there was no rush. You have a pleasant time.

After a few times not able to find parking came on Tuesday felt like I was in a huge warehouse sitting in a booth with loud screaming tenanegers waited 40 min for a cheeseburger and nachos had colder beer elsewhere margaritas should I say lemonade 16 dollars not worth it for feel more comfortable at chili's or ale
Excellent service, thanks to Aroline and pharell for the nice experience. Food was amazing and very attentive, will definitely go back again. And the margaritas are delish!

I had a terrible experience at Twin Peaks Doral. The server took my food order at 8:05 and at 9:40pm I was still waiting. I obviously canceled and left to eat somewhere else.I asked for a status several times and they would tell me they were sorry and that the manager was aware but the order never came out.

Came to the bar on a Tuesday night busy but not packed. Waited for literally 15 mins and wasn't even acknowledged having 3 bartenders staffed. All the girls seem to be lost and focused on one thing at a time. I'm a bartender myself and understand the importance of making at least eye contact to make the patron at least feel acknowledged. The ONLY reason I came here is for the really cold beer and the ambiance with is nice. But seriously. Get your sh*t together because I honestly don't see this place thriving based on the service what so ever. Very disappointed.

Victoria provided excellent service! I was impressed by the whole experience! We ordered the house beers, the triple play appetizer, lobster roll and avocado smashed burger. For dessert we had the cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake; everything was awesome! We'll definitely be back!
