If you want ice cream after 4 pm on a Tuesday, dont go here. They close at 10 pm but shut down and close 90% of their items. Couldn't even get a hot fudge sundae. It blows my mind that people let their workers get away with this kind of behavior. I would give it negative stars if would let me. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the location.

The server was not very versed in the ice cream. The serving portions were extremely small for the price. I would not recommend this BR at all.The flavour was very good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars

Worst customer service I've experienced. We had a party of 7 ordering ice cream. We got half way through our order when the manager asked the associate to step away and work the drive through for 1 person. Then no one proceeded to help us after we were already in there for 15 minutes waiting when no customers were in there. And they messed up our orders too. I will never go back.

I have been there 8 times in the past 3 weeks and they are out of the mangonada. Every time you ask they always say the truck is coming in the next day .

Not my first experience here although the other times were not stellar and caused me pause when saying let's get ice cream I said to my husband "oh I really don't like that location they are the worst at customer service and always out of things" we had to go to Walgreens so I gave in. Last time for sure! Kimberly on register was clueless had to have another guy take over to tell us which chocolate ice cream they actually had. Girl gets back on could barely hear instead of saying she couldn't hear us to drive up to window. We think she got our two orders. Nope she ordered one waffle cone with ice cream for my husband and one plain sugar cone no ice cream for me? Does that even sound normal? We drive up get attitude from a a short little girl two tone hair in the background (which is why I lost my patience) saying with attitude "they changing their order again?" No imbeciles we ordered in two voices two cones! Yet Kimberly yells I couldn't hear you and slams window on us? Some guy that seemed to be the only one with sense fixed it but get rid of those two girls you're not doing yourself any favors and you may want to at least get the 32 flavors advertised on hand!

Worst place just went there in April 2020 and May as a returning frequent customer but will NEVER go again! Horrible two staff is working there and they completely ignored and began cleaning the place instead of creating and completing not one order on the receipt !!!! And instead took another new customer instead while kids were waiting 25 min for an order which should have been done even ignored getting ice cream for me but took the new people instead! Very prejudiced place and hope the manager can fire these employees too or else would never ever go here again! Good Luck!
