I was born in Clearwater, and I have only been to Philly/PA only a few times ( but grew up with the Phillies as the only MLB team with a presence here). So, I don't know jack squat about "authentic "cheese steak sandwiches. But lemme tell you, I'm gonna venture to say they serve up the real frickin deal here. Fresh as hell bread with mounds of shaved meat, topped with fresh peppers, caramelized onions and gooey cheese. You're not going to be able to finish it, so might as well ask for a box to go when you order. Cash only (hey gen-x'ers, that's the green paper you trade for goods and services).

Inside and outside (next to parking lot) seating. Best cheesesteak outside of Philly. Don't order fries and onion rings. They're huge!

We've been all over and of Philly and this is just as good as you could get in Philly. There's a few other places in Florida but this is the closest is to our Largo home.All the meat was tender, flavorful and no chewy or dried up parts.

I feel like the quality has gone down over the last few months. Went in on Wednesday and the cheese wasn't even melted into the meat anymore. I'll definitely go back one more time with hopes that it changes.

Everybody says this place is the best in the Saint Pete Dunedin area. It’s a good Philly. I’d say maybe a 7.5 out of 10, but it is not the best if you want the best go to a new spot in Saint Pete called the violet stone solid 9.8 best Philly I’ve ever had, Dave Portnoy barstool agrees the violet stone, bakes their own bread in the house. Try it out.
