I visited this location last week needing a boost after a very long day. Austin and team were super friendly and helpful, and Austin went above and beyond with customer service excellence, making what was possibly the best oat milk latte I've ever had. Thanks, Main St. Dunkin!

This location is absolutely terrible! This store may have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant I’ve even been in. I have had to wait for an employee to clock in to be served mind you this was at 12 way past the time they open, you have about a 5% chance of them getting your order correct and forget trying to get something without cheese if you’re allergic. Almost all of the employees are extremely rude and have attitudes when you try and make sure they get your order correct. My girlfriend has had change stolen from her and immediately put into the tip jar and then patronized that she wanted her change back. There is one employee with long nails that will scratch you when you give them your card. I can go on and on about how terrible my experience has been here something needs to happen because trying to call a manager or owner to get this fixed doesn’t even work it’s always voicemail. -5/5 stars

I love Dunkin but this location is terrible. The cashiers will drop your change into the tip jar without asking if you want to tip. This has happened to me multiple times and if you ask for your change they will get very rude. I almost always receive the wrong food order. Its always a surprise going to this location I never know the food I will receive or how much it will cost 0/10

Honestly I would move for this Dunkin'. I got drinks here 3 times and they were all perfect. The staff were consistent and so kind. I wish I wasn't visiting. You guys were awesome. But if we're ever in town again we'll be back!

If I could rate this a zero I would, they have people who can’t communicate properly, slurring their words and having an attitude and getting loud over the intercom when you’re just simply asking for a butter pecan iced coffee. Their response was so you want an iced coffee black. Before I could finish my order then they started getting rude when I try to correct them and finish my order. Won’t be going there again.
I was just happy that the cappuccino machine was not "cleaning itself" again.Dunkin is a go-to but depends on the workers. You might get a different outcome.

I have never encountered such rude and dirty employees. Scratching their head, sticking their fingers in their ears and then grabbing the napkin with their germy hands and putting it inside the bag. Especially a guy who is mostly at the cash register saying "BABE" to everyone with his sarcasm when someone repeats an order or when we want to make sure that the order is ours, since there have been several times that they give us what they want.
