We’ve fallen in love with this market. Fresh fish, shrimp and crab. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pro tip: anytime you have them steam something have them ice bath it after to stop the cooking. Makes a huge difference.

I had a pretty good experience. Everyone was nice. I purchased some snapper and a few other items. I would have given it 5 stars, but parking is confusing. There are tow signs everywhere and they don't say Frenchy's. I was nervous to park. Lol. I quickly walked in and asked if I was ok to park where I did. Now back to the fish.... It was so FRESH, flakey, and delicious!!!!

This is our go-to place for the freshest shrimp in the area. Please know that this is the fish market across the street from frenchy's restaurant. You can still get small meals here to eat outside or I recommend ordering anything from their steam menu and take home. A lot of food for the money. Lowcountry boil with an extra half a pound of shrimp will completely fill two of you and maybe even three. Professional staff behind the counter. Don't leave without trying their homemade coleslaw with pineapple bits in it.

Poor service. When I asked for a smaller piece of fresh fish, the associate rudely remarked that he might not be able to sell the remaining portion.Simple solution - tell the customer the fillets are too small to portion. Do it politely and allow the customer to choose to take it or leave it.You just lost a customer.
