The gentleman working the food truck was extremely friendly and helpful. The barbecue food was good, if I didn't get sauce to go with, I think I would have been a little disappointed. To me it seem to be a little on the dry side. I also got the mac and cheese for a side, wasn't a creamy mac and cheese like I was expecting but it was okay. I like supporting local places. Both of my meals cost $24.

Just had my first taste of Ibbi's. I had the 1/4 pulled chicken with TN sauce and Mac and cheese. My brother got 1/4 rack of ribs, slaw and potato salad (not shown). Chicken is delicious, smoky taste and flavorful. Mac n cheese is good. This is a food truck you must try!

We recently tried Ibbi's Q food truck. We ordered the Mac and cheese, pulled pork sandwich (the jenni), and pulled chicken. The best item was the chicken. It was tender and moist. But the pulled pork sandwich was dry. I didn't love the Mac and cheese either. I'd recommend trying the chicken and skipping the pork and Mac and cheese.

OMG!!! We had Ibbi's BBQ come to our company for employee lunch. His food is delicious and you really get a lot of food! The Cowboy beans are the bomb! Prices are good for the amount of food you get. We definitely will have Ibbi's BBQ come back.Thank you!!!!

I stopped in at Rapp Brewing and I was luck to catch Ibbi's Truck there. It was great pulled pork sandwich with all the fixings including coleslaw on top! What a great sandwich - must try.

Tried Ibbi's Q for the first time tonight. Great food and excellent hospitality! You've got to try the Cowboy Beans for a side, LOTS & LOTS of different flavors in them! Awesome smoked meats also. Will for sure go back!

Only had one time so maybe it was just a bad day.Ribs were definitely not smoked long enough, very chewy and hard to get off the bone.Ibbis sandwich was good. Beans are very good. Slaw is good.Mac n cheese is ok.

Roger's everything tastes amazing. I've had everything on the menu... twice. We had him cater our wedding it's so good. He's always smiling, probably because his food is so good. You have to try the bacon wrapped fried oreos. HAVE TO. He has about 6 different sauces from all around the US. There's something for everyone.

Parked in downtown Dunedin just off the trail in the parking lot of Cotherman's Distillery and next door to HOB. You can't miss the truck as it is wrapped in flames. :) The smell of smoke wafted through the air and I could NOT wait until he opened up. We had been looking forward to this ALL day long. Ordered the Currito and the Mac and Meat with a dessert of the oreos. Holy mother of bbq... Everything was smoked perfectly. The mac n cheese was good and looking back I would have ordered a side of queso and poured it on top. The bacon wrapped/smoked/drizzled oreos were absolutely amazing. An explosion of confusion at first and then a smile across your face.... it is impossible to avoid. Ibbi is super friendly and a welcomed addition to the Dunedin/Tampa area. We will definitely be returning. There are several bbq places nearby and yes, they are good too, however, Ibbi's Q has the added mystery of "food truck" food which, to me, elevates the food. It is easy to cook in a huge kitchen but cooking on a truck, done by one person and everything being this good..... you win Ibby's Q. Well done.
