So the food was great but I ordered it at 8pm and didn't get the food til basically 10 there was so many orders in front of me and the poor sweet man we running it all his self it was so hot in there he shouldn't be in there doing this work so anybody in the area if u need a job help this poor guy out I couldn't even be mad for waiting so long when I seen him trying his best the young lady could have helped him out delivery driver or not she knows how to do something in the the kitchen...... Guess that's the reason this poor fella is stuck there nobody wants to work... So if u find ur self in this situation just cut him some slack please. He really is a sweet old man!!!!

It took two hours for my pizza and chicken fingers to arrive. Once they finally did come, my food was cold, overcooked and tasteless. The pizza did not have cheese and the toppings included were minimal.I called to report my concerns and the employee that answered the phone was argumentative and attempted to defend the food, he was surly and denied my request for a refund and then hung up on me.Another employee returned my call to apologize for the service. They let me know that was the owner that I had spoken with. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews but I was completely shocked at the quality of the food and service I received.

MUST TRY!!As a local and self proclaimed pizza enthusiast...I have had loven's pizza since I was a kid at their first location, (1995), and I've never found a pizza place that can make pizza like Loven's does!!!

Pretty bummed. Flew back home from a very long day. Called in a small pizza from the airport, over 20 minutes away. Arrive at least 25 minutes minutes later and the older gentleman looks at my pizza, still uncooked and sitting on the counter and says "you've got a while". No apologies, just more of a tough luck for you vibe. No, they were not busy. I was the only one there. We all make mistakes, just tired of lousy customer service. This was my second chance for them after another poor experience about a year ago.

We've been a loyal customer for nearly 4 years. That end today. In recent history, a delivery order was simply lost. A pickup order was simply lost, causing us to come back an hour later to get it. Most recently it was a delivery order where the pizza was burned beyond the point of being edible. I'm all for supportig local businesses. It's actually really good pizza. I'm sorry for the internal family strife and the clearly rough transition between generations. However deliver a quality product or shutter your doors.

For Chicago tavern style pizza I thought this was a little bit thick. Didn't have a crispy crust like true chicago pizza. Probably wouldn't get it again although the owner was nice..

Been eating here since I was 5. I’m 44, it’s been quite a few years since I’ve been able to get a taste of home. Bill never disappoints. Still everything it always was on Thursday night. I would walk to Lovens and pick up dinner. Got hugs from my old friend too!

Nice employes. Worst pizza I had since the 1st frozen pizza I had in the 50s..I order a meat lovers. The crust was a like eating a matzo that started to rise w no taste. The sauce was poor quality w no taste. It had lots of tasteless pepperoni, I think it had crumbled tastess no meatballs. That were listed as an ingredient and lots of cheese.. Do not eat there go buy a frozen pizza anything would be better that. OMG that was the worst. I can't believe how bad it was And not cheap. right out of a can

The manager apologized and took blame but didn’t do anything about the issues with the order. The delivery driver egged me on to call and complain about my experience. Obviously more issues than being understaffed. So many other options in the area to be a patron.
Call to order!! Saves everyone money, and headaches! The pizza is great, they are great!! I can’t say enough about them!! Local and great prices!!! Menufy in my opinion is hurting them!!(bad on the 3rd party!) if I didn’t think the review from the email I received would reflect on Menufy it would be bad.

This is the closest pizza I have found compared to back home. It just doesn't have as much grease that I was brought up on. I love the fact that I don't have to say "cut in squares" cause that's how they always cut it. I'd rather drive 45 minutes than 17 hours for a great pizza. Just need it cooked a little longer.

Tried to place an order on the phone, no one ever picked up when trying to call. The recording said they would give you a $3 promo code off if you placed the order online (too much trouble). I guess cash customers are frowned upon. Went elsewhere.

Me and my family ordered delivery online in which the drive ask many times if I tipped. We told her that I left a tip, which was a good amount, online with my debt and she was mad about the amount that was tipped. Very rude to even ask if I tipped and very rude to not appreciate the tip i gave anyway . Will not buy there again.
