DO NOT ORDER INSIDE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER QUICKLY. Ordered at the kiosk inside and proceeded to wait over an hour for 1 cheeseburger, a 4 piece, and a smoothie. No employees at the counter. Watched a worker berate an elderly man for trying to order at the counter instead of using the kiosk AFTER ignoring him for over 20 minutes. When we were finally able to ask an employee where the order was, she yelled at us that nobody picked it up and slammed it on our table, but they forgot the smoothie. When they finally brought out the smoothie it was the wrong size and the rude woman admitted that they forgot to put the order on the counter and call it out. Absolute worst experience ever.

They have a young man, Thomas. He has been there for years! He usually runs the drive- thru, when I've gone there! He will make u laugh and he will just brighten your day! This guy is "off the chain" at making people feel important and welcome. So ty u Thomas and everyone else who works there!

My Birthday reward not in app . Store would not honor...told me to update app . I did ...still nothing .. 2 managers came to window and still would not honor even after showing email...would not tell me corporate tel.# ...handed me bag instead with corporate # on it ... UNBELIEVABLE...over 25 years of spending money there ...plus my family spending $ there. STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL BIG TIME!So I let CORPORATE know ...they say they are aware of issue...so let stores know and honor the BIRTHDAY REWARD! OMGOODNESS REALLY RONALD ???

This store is the first time I've been to this type McDonald's/ was like going to an upscale restaurant! Decorated lovely, the servers in the new upside down arches shirts! Was fun and the staff were exceptional.

Every single experience I've had at this particular restaurant something always goes wrong. Missing items, late delivery. At times having to return, causing lateness to my workplace, being treated soo rude for a situation I could not cause.
Hadn't been to Mickey Ds for a few months. Got sucked in by the "best burgers ever" ads. Big whoop- they put onion powder on their onions to make them taste more oniony. Got my meal about 10 minutes after ordering and paying .on the touchscreen. Double sheeseburger, fries, Sprite. Watching drive thru customers cruising thru while I'm waiting. Lukewarm burger, cold fries that were undercooked to begin with. Constant noise from whatever pissing match was going on in the kitchen. Totally disinterested employees. Why did I take a table tent number if you're not going to bring it to my table? If (highly unlikely) I ever return to this location, I'll be sure to come when I'm not starving so that I can order a HOT, FRESH burger and HOT, FRESH fries and see how long it takes them to get it right. If they priced by food quality and temperature, I would have gotten out of there for $5 today...only because the Sprite was spot-on.

The late night drive thru attendant Stretch is amazingly entertaining and a delight to speak with over the drive through speaker. They're upbeat personality made a very long and bad day less painful.
