I love this place! Any time I travel to Dunedin, this is a must have. The owner absolutely lovely and the pho is some of the best i’ve tried before. The quality of the beef is the best i’ve had anywhere! Delicious, Lovely, Gracious!! I was riding on the Pinellas trail and ready for acoffee stop when I saw Pho’Edin, a pretty outdoor cafe with a take out window right off the trail. Comfortable chairs under a roofed patio - great scenery! Unfortunately I rode up at 10and they dont open until 11. They were so kind and made me awonderful Vietnamese icedcoffee - a perfect treat for a bikestop. This was rich and tasty - very strong , so if you enjoy a lighter coffee you might need to water this down -I loved it and it powered my ride the rest of the way to Tarpon Springs! I checked out the menu which looks delightful with some very healthy choices! I will be sure to stop here on my way back! FYI: I used the restroom -although the building is older, the restroom was immaculate, the hot water worked great and there were ample paper towels available. I personally feel that great restroom condition says a lot about a restaurant!Vegetarian options: I eat totally plant based and prefer very healthy low fat meals.I found a couple items on this menu that would totally work for me, which is unusual since I prefer not to eat some standard restaurant food. The server was very accommodating

The food was not good. We tried the Pho, bahn mi, summer roll. The broth was too sweet and the spices used was overpowering. The bahn mi; was loaded with mayo to the point it was falling out if the sandwich, it also did not have pickled vegetables. Disappointing.

Love Pho'Edin! We spend our winters in the area and ALWAYS look forward to coming back here.We always order the Beef Pho - the broth is so lovely and flavorful, a perfect warm up on those sunny winter days that get a little chilly when the sun goes down.And the Banh Mi! Don't miss it! It has the perfect balance of crusty bread, fresh herbs and veggies and flavorful meat.The owner is also so lovely and warm. It is a win - win. You give your business to a wonderful person and get a wonderful meal in return.. . . I wish I had photos to upload, but we always dig in right away. The camera does NOT eat first here! :)

Kim served me the best spring rolls and Pho I’ve ever had today. Nothing better than a huge bowl of Pho on a cold day - this Pho is SPECIAL. The flavor was very subtle and nuanced, I’ve had pho in other places that is too salty and not balanced. The pho here is the real deal and they do not skimp on the beef!

Frankly, it's mediocre Viet food at too high prices. Probably won't go back there. Lots of good Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay area, so you need to be special to charge the prices Pho Edin is charging, and - sadly - they're not.
