Subways slogan is literally “eat fresh” yet nothing in this restaurant was remotely fresh. The lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were slimy and old. I was already very disappointed in my food when I found hair in my sub. Disgusting. Maybe try hair nets.

I went there once and ordered us meatball sub and went outside and ate it and it was cold. I went in and I said the sandwich is cold did you shut the temperature off? She goes yeah I said how long ago she said half an hour ago. That's illegal you can't shut the temperature off and sell the food. I asked to get a different sandwich and she said I would have to pay for it. I demanded a new sandwich and that she refund my money for the one that was cold I said I would call the police because it's illegal to sell food that's not at the right temperature. She said you should have thought about that before you came in at an hour before closing. What? Why should you shut the temperature off an hour before closing? That's insane. Today I went back in to order the same sandwich and it was an hour before closing and now they didn't even have any because they already shut it off and put it away. Don't waste your time this place is bad

I got there and the employee was nice, but he had headphones in so I couldn’t really talk to him without him going “huh?”. We get checked out and we go to fill our drinks and there was bugs in the tea. I looked all over the place and there was ants everywhere making a tiny line up the tea canister. We told him there was ants and showed him them in the tea and it’s been 20 minutes later and he still hasn’t changed the tea. While I was eating the sub it was good, until I found a hair in my sub. It was actually so stuck in the sandwich I couldn’t pull it out. I think they need to bring in some health inspectors and pull in managers for a close eye on how they’re doing their jobs. Who makes one employee work a shift completely alone anyways. It makes the service slower and it’s probably stressful when the employee has a whole line.

i had a horrible experience here, I’m really upset, I left crying. I’ve been coming to this location for 5+ years 3 times a week, I always tipped… I was accused of stealing chips, I was yelled at for my child making a mess, I will never come back here. To the owner.. please talk to your managers!

Walked in 20 minutes prior to close and was very rudely told " we close in 20 minutes so I'm not making anything else." What is the point of having hours of operation, when the employees are dictating when they feel like it's time to be done serving people. Bad business practice.

Went over to the Subway on the Dunedin causeway and there was only 1 young Lady working. There was 6 people before and maybe 6 behind be with a family of maybe 6 trying to come in the door. KUDOS to the young lady working there. She was efficient and made sure to take care of everyone. This store SHOULD NEVER have just one person working there on the weekend especially now when everyone is heading to the causeway. I also yelled out as I left"make sure to tip this young lady.. she deserves it" I did!!!

This is the worst subway ever. Generally understaffed and slow, wilted spinach and lettuce, etc. BUT close to home... Went in today with a coupon for 3 ft Longs for $17.99. The employee made the three subs, it comes time to ring out and she says "we don't accept those coupons". I told her I always use coupons there, and she said she didn't know what happened but they no longer accept them. I then asked her to use some of my rewards, and she said I didn't have any, even though the app said I did. She was a younger girl with no Management in the store, so I paid $30 for 3 subs and was on my way. Never again Subway!!
