The attendant taking orders was so high that she couldn't function to take orders, operate the register, and stuck her hand in my drink cup before handing it to me. She kept picking up the phone when it would ring and put it back down without answering. I've never had a great experience at this location, but this was hands down the absolute worst.

Placed an order on the app and got to the location 1 minute after it was to be ready. Get told by an employee sitting outside smoking the dining room was closed. I went through drive thru and waited over 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. While in the drive thru there were people being served in the dining room I was told was closed.This store has gone downhill so badly. I live close so it's convenient but after today I won't be back. Drove 12 hours home from vacation and ordered online to make it easy. Needless to say I could shopped, cooked and eaten by the time I got my food.

This is the absolute worst wendys in our area! We love wendys this location needs a new management team ASAP! The dining room is closed on a Sunday at 1230pm no signs up stating its closed after getting toddlers out of car seats, do better! This location needs help!

Terrible experience went to stop in for my 30 min lunch break and no one has an urgency to help Cust take orders and serve. Had to leave cause I lost half my lunch break and line didn’t even move failure of the manager no urgency on getting employees to perform job task everyone is waiting while your staff has there thumbs up there butts, terrible experience and slow, no service at all I would leave zero stars but that is not a option

Not one staff person had a mask on. Food was good but they were short handed. Cooks didn't have there hair up or netted. Very slow. Not impressed with staff but food was better
Love there burger ,but disappointed every time hi go there out of Davos cream soda in both machine, staff is terrible, service is so poor is a shame corporate don't step in t po correct the problem, this place become a worse wendy hi ever been and force to go there because hi love there
