I love Chipotle as a whole, but this location is a disaster. The employees do not care. We've given it a few tries hoping the experiences were just bad days, but every time, we've had slow service, missing items, and unfriendly staff. The worst experience was being stuck in the drive-thru without moving for nearly 30 minutes. I finally walked in to get our order and it was completely wrong. We've since moved on to the Bradenton location, which is much better even though we live closer to this one.

We decided to order from Chipotle using their online app to save time. However, we were disappointed with our experience. Firstly, they added an extra $5 to each item for delivery in addition to other fees. . See photos of the different prices when placing the same order for delivery. $21.22 MORE to deliver and then add the $1 delivery fee… Corporate America at its finest and now chipotle uses “pepper” which is just another way to avoid an actual person.So, to avoid these charges, we chose to pick up our order instead.Unfortunately, when we arrived home, we discovered several issues with our order. The chips and queso we ordered were missing, the rice was undercooked and had a very crunchy texture, our veggie bowl had chicken in it and the guacamole was excessively salty.Additionally, none of the extras we requested and paid for were included and the portion size was extremely small, barely filling the bowl.Overall, it was a terrible experience with Chipotle and Chipotle Corporate for charging an insane about to deliver. Don’t be fooled with the $1 delivery, it’s clearly not just $1.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a consistent issue I've encountered at various Chipotle locations, which has significantly impacted my dining experience. This matter concerns the method used by your staff to serve meat, an issue that I regret not addressing sooner.During multiple visits, I've observed that the serving staff dips the spoon into the meat, only to shake off a substantial amount before it reaches my bowl. This action results in a noticeably reduced quantity of meat in my serving, detracting from the value and enjoyment of my meal. This practice not only leads to inconsistency in portion sizes but also raises questions about the efficiency and customer-centricity of your serving methods.Given the premium quality and the pricing of your meals, one would expect a more precise and customer-friendly approach to serving. I propose the consideration of using a perforated portion spoon specifically designed to ensure consistent serving sizes. Such a tool could be calibrated to the exact portion size intended for each serving, thereby eliminating the guesswork and variability currently observed.This recent visit, in particular, has compelled me to finally voice my concerns, as the experience was far from what I, and undoubtedly many other customers, expect from a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. The frequency of this issue suggests that it might be a common practice rather than isolated incidents, which is concerning.I am a long-time patron of Chipotle, drawn to your commitment to quality ingredients and sustainable practices. However, the persistent issue with the serving method has marred my dining experience, prompting me to reconsider my patronage.I urge you to address this matter promptly and consider my suggestion for implementing a standardized serving tool. Such a change would not only enhance the customer experience but also align with the professionalism and efficiency one would expect from Chipotle.Thank you for your attention to this matter. What a joke, 42.00 for a bowl with 8 tiny pieces of steak, rice all wadded up, probably because of the cheese. The burritos were cold to the touch inside. The side of queso was completely spilt in the bag. So we scraped what was left on our food. Overall pathetic food, at a outrageous price.You won't see us again, and this was our first visit too.

This place is the worst fast food restaurant ever. Went at 3:30pm and didn't have the pastor meat and the other ones were overcooked and rice was not cooked right. Very inexperienced young personnel and unmotivated looking like they hate to work there therefore, super slow. The restaurant was extremely dirty, very disgusting. And my question now is Where's the manager, why isn't he/she paying any attention to this disaster? No managerial skills whatsoever. Too bad I didn't look at the reviews before I went. I could've saved myself the aggravation and also wasting my $35.00 for 2 bowls and 1 soda, basically restaurant price, not a disgusting fast food. PLEASE BRING MORE TRAINING TO THAT PLACE!!! Those kids need help!

I went in on 3/16/24 around 4:15pm and they were in the middle of the lunch rush. There was a long line so we waited a bit but that was just fine. When it was my turn to order my group ordered three bowls and one burrito. They were out of all beans, veggies, steak, and white rice. That in itself was astonishing. I understand they are in the middle of a rush but as a vegetarian, the fact that there was no veggies available for a veggie bowl and them saying they wouldn’t be ready anytime soon was not the best thing to hear. But it was ok and my family and I were understanding, until the staff started having a negative attitude and snickering in our faces when we asked if any of the missing food would be ready anytime soon. We were extremely understanding with the rush situation but to have as many ingredients as they did missing was a bit outrageous, and the horrible customer service on top of that was not needed. That wasn’t all though, the cashier, Sienna , walked in the back where the online orders were made, grabbed a chip and dipped it in a customers queso in front of the entire store. When I commented on it she excused it by saying it was almost empty anyways so no one would miss it. That was absolutely disgusting and I was incredulous she had no qualms with doing such a thing in front of customers. When I asked for the mangers business card she pointed at it flicked her hand in a shooing motion and walked off. So not only was she disgusting handling food, but her attitude was as well. I cannot believe this was my experience at this store and rest assured I will not be returning. I am an avid chipotle customer and I am saddened to see this is who they hire and how they conduct themselves. Maybe in the distant future I will consider returning but not while this disgusting incident is still in my mind.

Employees have horrible attitudes and seem bothered. The food quality needs improvement. I drive over 25 minutes to this location and deal with bad service and food every time.Please train your employees on what customer service means.

I think y'all are a lil bit too harsh on this Chipotle..I've been craving Chipotle for weeks so i checked for one that is close to me and i was shocked by how bad the reviews are, so i was kinda hesitant to come to this one.. but i got really surprised how good it was..the service 10 on 10 ..the food was fire?? and they were really generous with the portions!! it's worth giving a shot don't be mislead by the bad reviews it's not doing it justice.

I went with my family, there was no rice, there were no nachos, everything was dirty and the tables were full of food, the staff was talking about the food, in short, all chaos…. It's sad because we are loyal Chipotle consumers, but I don't recommend this location.

My Chipolane experience was very shocking. Not only was the line super long but I ordered double everything with my bowl and was presented with a small portion of food ; the waiter acted so shocked like she couldn’t feel the weight of my food, being so light ….it’s no reason a $20 meal should look like this seee below …

So no one gets cell reception in this building! Get WiFi so we can use the app! I ask an employee how do I redeem a reward. She shrugs I don’t know. She was not friendly at all. Had no desire to help. The food was horrible. Guac was watered down. Drink area not clean. Overall this place was not clean. Like every other fast chain great when they open and after turns to garbage!
