Placed a mobile order at around 4pm. When I went to pick it up and got to the window the cashier let me know that they didn't have any more Dreamsicle Frostys (which was surprising as they weren't busy at all, it was early dinner time, and it's their latest special). She asked if I would like anything else instead. So I asked for a fish sandwich. Apparently, the manager said "No", that it cost more than a large Frosty. So then I asked for a chicken sandwich. She (the manager) said "No, can't do that." She offered a chocolate Frosty, but I can't have chocolate. Then I asked for a baked potato. She said she could only do that with no toppings at all. So I asked to be refunded for the Frosty that I paid for on the app and didn't get. "No, we can't do that." Well, what can you do? "We can do a large fries." I said that I already paid for 2 large fries, and didn't need any more fries. I asked to pay the difference if I got a fish, or another sandwich. "No, we have no way of doing that." Then they offered me chili. Disgusted, I just said, "okay, just give me that then", even though I don't care for their chili. I sat there for about another 15min waiting for the chili. Then the cashier handed me the bag out of the window and never said a word to me. Not "sorry for the inconvenience" or "thank you", not a word. Absolutely horrible customer service and it started with the manager on duty.I worked in the restaurant industry for several years, and even owned and successfully managed one, and I never treated my customers like that, nor did I tolerate my staff treating customers like that. You can do better Wendy's!

Worst Service Anywhere!!!!!Drive thru server might as well have been a mute- didn't speak a word. I even asked for ketchup, tossed my bag to me, closed the window, tossed some ketchup, some on the ground, closed the window. NEVER SAID A WORD.

We walked in to a sign saying kiosk only because their system wasn’t fully functioning . That’s fine but 3 employees just stand there and watch you use it instead of expediting things and helping . They don’t tell you that the only sodas they have are mellow yellow , ginger ale, caffeine free Diet Coke and Fanta orange , oh sorry and lemonade . Mind you they are all just standing there doing nothing , one guy starts making the food. One lady starts counting cold French fry’s into the containers and after hearing our dissatisfaction about the sodas and the cold French fries the lady who counted out the skimpy cold fries just smirked and walked away. The butter wouldn’t even melt on my wife’s potato and my chilli was just that chilly ! It was extremely slow when we were there and no reason for this kind of experience.

The female taking the order at the window customer service was as rude as the male manager attitude on a previous visit. My son wanted food from here and each time we visited this restaurant it was not nice . Won't return.

Was just there (11 pm on a friday night) and the dine in is closed and my truck is to big for the drive thru so they wouldn't take my order or open the dine in so I can just grab and go. I wasn't even trying to eat there anyway. Drive thru is way to low for 2024. The height was good for the early 2000s but trucks are bigger now they need to make the drive thru taller for bigger trucks to get more business.

The new breakfast burritos are really good. Unfortunately this location only had stale hard tortillas. So my burrito was cracking and falling apart while trying to eat it. Wesley chappel had it figured out. That's why I came for another one.
