I go through the drive thru periodically for supper and Logan and Denise and usually always both there and are are both so courteous, friendly and professional. They are an asset to your business and I appreciate them.

My 5 star review has been reduced to 1 star after my experience tonight, arrived at 6:20pm to dine inside. People inside but purposely would not make eye contact with me to let me know they were closed they just let me stand there holding my toddler knocking next to a sign that says they are open until 9:00 pm. I then got back in the car and joined the drive thru line of 5 cars. Traffic didn’t move for 10 minutes and I was then stuck in the drive thru area because there is a median that leaves you stuck in the line. So I sat with a screaming toddler who was hungry and wanted to eat inside only to get to the speaker and no one would answer it we sat for 5 minutes and no one would say anything at all. Maybe they are short staffed but that doesn’t make up for purposely ignoring us not only at the window where they clearly saw us and purposely wouldn’t look at us directly and to be ignored again at the speaker. As soon as we were able to we just ended up exiting the line at that point, extremely disappointing and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office.

Easy access to their parking lot, and plenty of spaces. I arrived for lunch, the place was packed and the drive through was hopping.I ordered to go; 3 whopper Jr meals. All were hot and delicious. I will return to this location. I will definitely return to this location and refer others for their fast food fix.

This the worst whopper was cold the bread was stale and the fries cold also they need to close this store for sure no wonder they are closing so many of them just nasty

Moved to Englewood in January and everytime I try to go to Burger King the lobby is closed. Employees inside and the sign says it's open. Better luck avoiding this lobby and driving to another Burger King. This location is only for Drive-thru!
