“I went inside and received fast service, and my drinks and food were out quickly. All the staff were pleasant and working hard taking orders and making sure the place was clean. I didn't use the drive-through, but it was moving, and I could see they were working effectively to get everyone their favorite DD as quickly as possible.I gave 4 stars to the "food" because for a second time, my hot coffee tasted burnt by I'm sure if I complained (didn't have time to go back in), I'm confident they would've remade a new pot of coffee. Overall, it was great.“
“I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“
