First thing we encounter is the tall chairs at the high tables in the outside bar area are almost impossible to get in or out of unless you have 5 foot long legs !!! Second was the menu change took out the mussels and the green tomatoes which is what we went there for and thirdly it's cash only !! BUT, at least they are back open and the service is still very good

so, we went to ricaltinis before the hurricane and thought, ok, its alright, nothing special. went there today, 4/4/23 to check it out. ordered drinks, and went to the mens room. i have been to a lot of gas stations in my life, but have never experienced a more filthy place in my life. crap splatter all over the toilet, and no towels to dry your hands, if you really wanted to use the sink. ordered the steak grinder and cheeseburger. my sub came first, and immediately started battling the flys. after a while my wives medium rare burger arrived well done. i was ready to leave but she wanted to send it back. the waitress said, only be a few minutes, one half hour later, nothing. Oh Boy, after she ate her onion rings and part of my sub, i decided it was too much and was time to go. i understand restaurants have a challenge getting back up as most of us here that own have property have, but perhaps, wait until you're ready as this was just awful. just horrible!

Party of 6 dined on Friday night for the all you can eat grouper. The food was great, the service outstanding and the band entertaining (although a little loud for dinner music). I can't believe more people aren't patronizing this place. We'll definitely go back.

I absolutely love working here! My coworkers are awesome! And Matt the pizza guy is an excellent pizza/ Calzone maker! I really appreciate the fact that I can go to work and meet new people and see the bands! My favorite bands are Rob Benton, Dirty Little Secrets, Swinging Bridge And Mike.....*I can't pronounce his last name he's the guy that walks around with his guitar around the tables and wears a fedora* they are my favorite performers. I also love the fact that I can walk to work!!!! You guys are AWESOME! Y'all are like my family I love y'all so much!
Since July, 2022, the owner of this establishment has been paying employees under the table. He is not paying payroll taxes or unemployment nor is he submitting social security or Medicare for employees. Employees are not covered by workers compensation. 33 employees from before Ian have not been paid for between one to seven weeks nor have their received their W4s for 2022 tax year. They received "C" on their last Board of Health inspection. I would not patronize this restaurant.

I find it very unprofessional to not pay employees that had previously worked there. Having checks bounce is not a good sign of a "business" People go into your establishment to work, and make your business strive! They have bills to pay and kids to take care of. I am sure when you took this amazing (before Ryan) restaurant with ensuring these employees of the success you had planned for them. Very sad Ryan that you have people out here that dedicated time to work for YOU struggling because of broken promises from you, but yet you can pay for live entertainment. You are truly an unfair person, and I hope all the unpaid employees get together and do what they can legally!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND RICALTINIS BAR AND GRILLE
