Delicious food and friendly, courteous service! The hostess, Jeanette, welcomed us with genuine warmth. Everyone was charming at this waterfront restaurant with a cozy neighborhood feel! A group of musicians was setting up the bandstand in preparation for some lively entertainment, just in time for Friday night lead into Labor Day weekend fun! The bass guitarist was warming up with some Eagles oldies! The waitress, Kayla, was sweet and made some delicious recommendations on the food. Everything was so delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced! Check out their menu online. Highly recommended!

They have wonderful onion rings. You can either sit under the tiki and listen to some of the area’s best bands, inside with a view through the large windows or our favorite is outback on the deck. The food is good and very reasonably priced. Our server was great. Good view of sunset.

Great view of small marina and bay; lousy food; so-so service. Fried shrimp was smothered in a way-too thick layer of breading. Grilled grouper was limp and uninteresting. Pleasant enough server but had to ask twice for the side salad we ordered and they weren’t all that busy. Price was as high as another seafood place we dined at the night before at the tip of Manasota Key, but the food and service was far better there.

Came here to see a band, Gas House Gorillas, fantastic band by the way! Being a man...always hungry...ordered some food. Menu is mostl6 fried, tried to find some healthier options. * CAPRESE SALAD - aside from the disposable utensils etc. The salad was good. * CRABCAKE SANDWICH - Good simple seasonings bun was toasted, came out hot. Only thing, iys missing a sauce/spread. Maybe a garlic ailing or a seasoned mayo next time. Still good though. It came with a slaw (this needs help, no flavor) many places don't seasonings the slaw and it drives me nuts. Would you give any other sides without seasonings? Anyhow, I wasn't expecting much, nice surprise

We went there after church. The atmosphere, food and service was great. Portion size was great too. Highly recommend this place.

The food and surroundings are great, located right on the water. However the staff is not customer oriented at all, very unfriendly for a business that survives serving customers. Like I said the food was decent, the location is great and we have had a couple of very good servers. I really feel sorry for them because the host staff, and it apparently the management does not really support them and gives a whole place a bad rep. They even had a handwritten note placed above the bar that said something like " if all you're going to do is complain, then get out of the way so we can serve our good customers". The last time we tried it we were so put off while we were waiting for our table that we told the hostess we were leaving because they were too rude (that was just from observing interactions with other customers, not even our treatment).

Date night without kids! Decided to give Snooks a try tonight. Limited parking but not too busy. Great location to watch the sunset. Staff was friendly and our waitress was excellent. However, the food… I ordered a blackened fish sandwich and “spicy” fries. If I hadn’t added a bunch of lemon, the fish would’ve had no taste at all. We also got an order of the hot and spicy “man wings.” The wings had some issues: 1- the wings come naked, no breading and didn’t even look like the sauce we ordered came on them. We had to ask for sauce… and the poor chickens must’ve had an eating disorder because they were pathetic with barely any meat 2- the “hot and spicy” just tasted like some Franks red hot, nothing special 3- $15 for dry, skinny wings was a bit crazy… better wings can probably be picked up at the gas station down the street. Beer was served luke warm in a plastic cup. For a quick snack, though, the “spicy” fries were great. Simple frozen crinkle cut fries with what tasted like a little bit of blackening seasoning. Our fries were cooked just right, the fries were definitely the best part of our meals.

The waitress was very friendly. The staff was helpful and worked hard. The location was amazing right on the water.....The food quality was below average. I had the cod basket and my wife had the coconut shrimp basket , not impressed at all. The uncharged onion rings were bland. Draft beer was Luke warn. It killed me to give it 2 stars but I had to be honest.

A fun place to try. Service was great and my waitress was very intuitive. The blackened shrimp tacos had awesome shrimp but slightly watery which soaked right through the tortilla. The live music was great. The band was good although a bit louder than I would have liked. I will be back to give it another try someday.

Food OK but expensive and served with single use plastic cutlery & warm wine in a plastic tumbler. Good location
