I come to this location regularly since I work down the street and never thought to leave a review until today when the girl working the drive thru window tossed my change into my hand(literally), and didn't say one word to me. She's the only one you has a poor attitude when I go here. Everyone else is always pleasant. Maybe she is having a bad start to her New Year and I hope it gets better for her.
Honestly, probably the kindest and best staff I’ve interacted with at a Starbucks. I did a mobile order through the drive thru, but the line was super long. I went inside to ask if I could pick it up. They were very nice about it, let me know it was in the queue to make, and even let me know when they started making it. Incredibly pleasant experience!
