We dined during happy hour last night. I had a steak off the HH menu & my husband ordered a steak off the regular menu. We were disappointed when our steaks came out under cooked. Our server Tess quickly took care of the issue. Our original steaks were cooked longer & returned to us. While good, we were disappointed that our steaks were now overcooked. They were still good - a testament to the quality of meat. Our server Tess did an excellent job to make sure we were satisfied & taken care of. We appreciate your level of service Tess - you did a great job! The 4 stars is because we expected a renowned steakhouse to cook our steaks to our liking.

Great service by Cassandra, Ava & Nick. Just arrived at Ft Myers airport and needed to eat dinner. Stopped and we were surprised it was Happy Hour on a Sunday. Best service ever!!Thank you Ruth Chris for hiring such awesome people!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. The table was decorated and there was an anniversary card. All of the staff said happy anniversary. Our food was delicious. Our waiter MJ did a fine job, we enjoyed meeting him. We definitely will go back.
We enjoyed a lovely family dinner for four last night. Our bill came out to just over $310, including gratuity. The portion sizes were generous, but unfortunately, the food quality was not up to par. The shrimp were relatively small, and the steak was overcooked and bland. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with one head server per section and two assistants attentive to clearing and watering. The kids' menu was limited but had high-quality options.
My most recent experience at the Ruth Chris steakhouse located in the Bonita Springs, Florida location was excellent The food was great, our waitress, Sherry was on point, Managers Mr Peter, and Mr Scott welcomed us with smiles and made us feel welcomed We were definitely satisfied with our meals Ruth Chris is the place to be when celebrating any occasion Darryl P

The food is very good. You'll pay for good, quality food at Ruth's. The server to request: Erika. She is the star of the show. I've had her wait on our table on 2 occasions. She goes above & beyond - she has a BIG heart.

It was a beautiful evening out with my sister and her husband. We celebrated our birthday and their trip down from Illinois. Keith, our server was beyond excellent; he was attentive without being intrusive, had a great sense of humor and was helpful in suggesting options. A night at Ruth Chris' is always a fabulous dining experience.

We went for Easter and had a great experience. Our waitress was amazing (Amanda), the food was amazing, the manager was walking around making sure everyone was enjoying their experience! The only complaint I have is our reservations were for 7:15pm and they didn't seat us until almost 8:00pm. Granted it was a Holiday so we didn't complain while there ?
