It’s like most typical Starbucks. Inside is small. Drive thru is nice any time of day without much of a line.Parking: They share the parking lot with other businesses as is a strip of businesses. I’ve never seen an issue with parking, but it’s busy season now so that could change possibly as the parking lot is rather small.Kid-friendliness: I mean you can bring kids there, sure

My girl Crystal got me set up!! I told her about my allergy to almond milk (which is normally in the drink I got) and asked if she could switch it to 2%, and she was so accommodating and kind!! She washed her hands and cleaned the machine without me even asking her to! And my drink was delicious! Thanks, Crystal!

This is the worst Starbucks around Estero/Bonita. They never know what drinks they have, they stop serving any other drink/food 45 mins before they close (yes they only do hot coffee from a jar), they had no idea what an iced matcha latte was, they are the slowest too! Don’t come here.

I don't know if this is my fault or the stores fault but it was my birthday a few days ago so I went there to get my free drink since I had an account. I ordered my drink in the largest size since it wouldve been free and I say "oh it's my birthday today." The guy proceeds to say "alright your totals gonna be $7.67." So I show him one of my starbucks cards that had only like a dollar left on it and then says "okay you still need to pay $4.51." And I audibly say "what?!" Because it was supposed to be free. It was my birthday. I payed anyway because I didn't want to be a karen but I was extremely mad. However they were having problems with my card so they had to scratch the order and try again and a lady came over saying "where's the card you paid with?" and I said "But it's my birthday." She looked like she did not care one bit "I know but I need your card." So disappointed at the service even though they made my drink really quickly. Too quickl. I'm going to the other one in Coconut Point for now on. Thanks for scamming me

I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they made the order. I stopped in for a moment before work and ordered an iced mocha and a sandwich. I was in and out within 4 minutes.Vegetarian options: I had a sandwich with cheese, spinach, and tomato, and it was rather good.
