Would be nice is sides like mayo, sour cream and/or salsa were "full" sides (meaning the little cup was filled and not with water). Server needs to state up charges if an extra is requested. Seems portions of the above sides has gotten smaller as in half full or watered down as of late. Just say that its so as one does not need to find out at checkout and feel nickel and dimed!! Things have changed but NOT for the better.

Y'all!!! Jeannie's Place is "THE PLACE" for breakfast if you are in Eustis or surrounding area. Don't be fooled by the "hole in the wall" appearance. The food was amazing, best Hungryman Breakfast I've ever had!

First time here, and so happy we decided to try it. Food and drinks were delicious. Everything cooked perfectly. My kids finished all their food which doesn't happen often. Waitress was very kind and let us know when we were ready we could pay at the register. We were in and out within a timely manner. Would definitely recommend ?

Classic diner food. The salad wasn’t mixed greens as stated - but the rest of the food was good.
This place is aweful! Food took forever . Food was cold, gravy taste like glue. Grits were mushy and watery. Waitress acted like we were bothering her. Eat anywhere but here!

Such a homey, everyone knows everyone place. I stumbled on to it just looking to kill some time and was so pleasantly surprised. Must be this town's best kept local secret. Wish I lived close enough to return often!

Unfortunately, I need to update my review. The place has sadly gone downhill in the years since we were here. The breakfast tasted like old oil. I mean the ENTIRE breakfast, including things that shouldn't have been cooked in oil. Nothing was seasoned, either. I left with a queasy feeling in my stomach. I won't be back this time.
