Food was just ok! Had the fish tacos wasn't impressed, Inside the restaurant was well let's out dated and just a bit sticky from years of grease. Sidewalks going to and out of the restaurant were black from the dirt sticking to all the grease build up.. I won't be going back there anytime soon

Nobody bothered to come to the drive thru window after 5 minutes of waiting. Dining room closed due to supposed “staff issues.” It’s a shame this restaurant chain is so hard to find, but until management hires people who aren’t trash, it won’t get any better. How about people get back to work, stop collecting stimulus checks, and get over blaming COVID for poor employees?

I read some reviews and was nervous to come here because this long John silver’s is one of my favorite fast food spots and it is getting some negative hits. I’ve been there twice a week for a month and every time I got my order, the customer service was A+ and my food has been perfect every time. They’re trying to get back to the top but it’s apart of the process and everyone will have their good or bad opinion but just keep moving forward L.J.S.!

One of the ladies that works there is rude often & there’s been numerous occasions of being there before closing time where they ignore you in the drive thru line! My husband has sat & watched a lady on her phone look up at him but completely ignore him when trying to order at the drive thru. Horrible customer service that doesn’t stick to their business hours. Management should be ashamed allowing them to lose plenty of business by picking & choosing when to serve customers!!

Just went though drive thru at Long John Silvler. We got the Shrimp platter and the # 5. Once home ( 6 miles) we had hair in the shrimp and the sweet tea we had was off the chart sweet and nasty. Tried to call them and the phone rang for 3 minutes no one answered. Tried again 4 mintues no answer. I hate to waste my gas to go ALL the back just to get a refund. My son vomited the fish up cause of the shrimp.

It was the customer service for me....... if you see I'm talking to a person that you can see too...... then don't RUSH me. Tell me I can take your order when you're ready. PERIOD!!!!!!

Looks a little shabby/run down but the food is great and friendly staff. I would recommend this place for quick fast seafood.
