For a total of 31 dollars you can get 2 boxes of 5 piece tenders that are actually just 100% breading, a side that is half filled despite it being already really small, and a large drink which seems to be the only thing they can do right. It was till we got to the pick area that they told us they didn’t have any of the sauces we wanted or type of chicken we wanted which was spicy. Makes chick fil a seem cheap.

We always have a great experience here. Tonight has been the best experience by far. Anthony at the front shown hands down the best customer service to everyone in the lobby I have ever seen. He check on everyone eating in the lobby and kept smiles on everyone’s faces. I hope he continues his upbeat customer service. Also the back house deserves a mention as the food came out fresh and quick. There was great communication from what I seen and heard. Like I said I’ve never had a bad experience.

Place was great the first couple months after it opened, and now I’m scared to go because they will either mess up my order or not have 50% of the menu items because they are too lazy to make them. I miss coming here because I really love Popeyes. Popeyes corporate if your reading this please fix this location

Had a pick up order, waited 10 mins at counter and no one even acknowledged me. Terrible service. Popeye's in Tavares has exceptional service. This place is always bad.

Had to wait 15 minutes for our food. No problem, they told us it would take that long because we didn't want spicy. There server even offered us a complementary drink for the wait. When we got home our order was wrong. We're finding this more and more at so called fast food places.

Until they get the right employees to work at this Popeye's restaurant I will never go there again. The employees are rude and you have a Supervisor who backs up the employees and never even hears your side of the story. That makes her just as rude. We ended up cancelling the order and as I said, I will not go there again.

It's aa real shame that this particular Popeye's has such lousy help because basically, the chicken itself is really good. I order the regular coating, not the spicy. It's always cooked well and the skin is just crispy enough. They've never gotten an order wrong with me but that's because I always go inside to order then I can check it before I leave to go home. I personally, think it's better than KFC which has gone down hill in it's quality. Again, it's best to go inside and order.

I had a good experience here I ordered chicken strips and shrimp combo they made the shrimp fresh for me I didn't even ask food was good I like the light breading in the chicken and the shrimp was good good I had beans and rice side it was good as well
