The lady seemed annoyed with me, kept correcting me on terminology, tried to tell me how I wanted my order and over all made me feel stupid. Was very awkward and very intimidating kind of atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back if she was making my subs.

Sparkling clean restaurant, super fresh looking and smelling products and the service from all of the Team Members was friendly, professional and EXCELLENT overall...A fine QSR experience that I don't often experience in my travels...THANKS!

Our Subway, in the Publix plaza at the corner of 19 and 44, it just awesome. Their subs are fresh, tasty, made just the way you like them, and the young gentleman behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. With a coupon, you can't beat the value! HIGHLY recommend!

Not the best experience. I ordered 3 foot long subs for dinner. Steak and cheese was supposed to be double meat, it wasn't. I questioned if that was double meat and they insisted it was. I'm pretty sure one tray was meat for one foot long, it should have been two trays as I have ordered this sandwich many times. BMT was just okay, light on the veggies and not the same without mayo and provolone, they were completely out! My son ordered a Mexicali and he liked it. They were out of rootbeer as well. The young man said he didn't know how to change it to a new one. But not being "allowed" to give me a whopping 16 dollars back from a 50 almost made me walk out. Shame on whoever is managing that place. However, the sandwich artists were friendly and apologetic.

Wow… haven’t been to subway in a while, maybe Publix has spoiled me. The customer service was AWFUL. Some friend and the employee were gossiping when I walked in and the employe hardly cared about what he was doing. This was 8:15pm the receipt says 8:33.I didn’t even get my large drink I paid for and did not go back due to the awful experience…My sandwich is falling apart, just food thrown on it because he obviously didn’t care… really sucks… :/ this use to be a good subway apparently something happened… I hope this changes because Subway use to be my go to :(Friendliness could have seriously changed my whole experience.

Horrible service from the people who work there they should be trained more. My sandwich look like pancake!!! I ask for toppings on a side and she Said WHY!!! For my money I should be respected more. Second with same gloves that she handles food she took my money touch the register return change and serve others with same gloves. That is SALMONELLA!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Customer service is abhorrent. Make note it was not Drikia (Drikia was kind enough to wear a name tag) but the other young woman who didn’t wear a name tag. I make it a point to be friendly no matter my mood as I work in retail and understand how hard it is working with customers. I get yelled at quite frequently. I’m beginning to understand it’s workers like this that give people bad experiences and maybe that’s why customers are the way they are. This isn’t the first bad experience at this location. I think I’ll drive the 10 minutes from now on. Or take subway out of our diets all together. After all Publix is right next door.
