oh honey. first time here and honestly, i wasn’t sure what to expect. we did the walk up thingy and first thing i see is this employee just staring into my soul. No, “Hi, how are you? What can i get for you?” , nothing. Just blank. I had a coupon and showed her what i wanted to use and she just said… “you need to rip it”… okey Einstein, some give you scissors or do it for you but HEY, I GOT YOU!! I hate to be that person but, horrible customer service. And if this is a “drive-thru”, i’ve seen faster drive thrus. We waited about 10 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Anywho, compliments to the chef (lol) food was good.

Was very fast order and also courteous staff. the spicy chicken burger was good and the fries were unique has a taste I never had before on French fries. overall good fast food place.

Being the circumstances Brittany the MGR really stepped up to the plate and has the ball rolling. Tonight 2.21.24 she was the only worker and with mobile orders over $100 back to back she made sure that we were all taken care of or at least told about what was going on. And i did have to wait until she was free with them but hot fresh food and service with a smile she really pulled the whole interaction around. And she needs a raise! Being the only MGR/ only associate in the building and working drive thru, filling orders, and keeping her customer service was awesome to see. All I know is that any manager I've ever known would've called the GM and told them they could close the restaurant, but she tackled it beautifully. I know at the end of the day when I drove away that I was pleased with my experience even though a little rough at first being a 45 minute wait. But she truly turned it around and made me happy to come back. If I could say anything it's that if Brittany can run a restaurant by herself then she has proven she could own one and do the easy lifting for once. I've come here before and had many interactions with her and I have never had anything bad to say about her service or anything at all. Tonight just really reestablished that! Brittany is the heart and sole of the checkers at fern park!!! Without her I doubt you'd have a checkers there anymore.
