I have been to the drive thru two times snd ordered an L2 which is a chicken combo. It was cold and greasy the first time. The second time the chicken was so hard you couldn't chew it. I thought I would try once more today, but they are out of chicken planks. Yikes!

The counter people were very friendly and were very quick to engage me. The food came out very quickly they even apologize for the hush puppies taking too long and offered me a free biscuit. Really great place to go for a change of pace from from burgers and chicken sandwiches.

I just left your restaurant, lousy food, lousy service. There had no utensils and did not.care food was thrown back at the counter. Because I was not going to eat that. Left it for the cats to eat. I will not be back and nor my family hope they close this place. It's Monday the 11 of September very

I have been here on multiple occasions this is one of the most well ran fast food places in this area not only is my food always perfect the staff is very nice I spilled my drink they cleaned it even though I offered the was understanding and nice 5 stars all day

It took them forever to get to me at the drive thru. I was the only one there. I ordered 4 chicken strips for my granddaughter. When I got to the window, they asked me to pull up to wait for them to be done. That right there didn't make me happy because they didn't tell me they had none cooked already. But I pulled up and waited, and waited, and waited. I had to go to work so I shut my car off and went inside to ask what the holdup was? I asked one of the girls how long it was going to be and she told me she didn't know because she wasn't the cook. I asked her to please find out for me which she then did. She came back and told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Don't you tell somebody if you don't have the food prepared? Or tell them how long it's going to be? I was not a happy camper and I told her to just put chicken legs in the box for me.I had to go. My granddaughter liked the food but I told her not to ask me to go back there again. Not a good experience.

As South Florida (Miami/Ft Louderdake) no longer has Long John Silvers it was a no-brainer to get food leaving the Orlando area. Our meals were great as remembered!!However as we drove off we noticed that not a single napkin nor eating utensils were placed in our bags.Come on guys at the Drive-Thru, you must do better. We were on the road travelling, not a local going home to eat where they may not have missed something so simple. We were so disappointed in the poor service.

We took a 40-minute drive because we don't have a Long John Silver's where we are, and it is the only fish I will eat. It has been years since I have had it. Fish piece sizes are a ton smaller than what they used to be, but it is still the same flavor. They did over fry the chicken and was a bit dry. No biggie. I couldn't eat it all anyway. I did miss the little crunchy pieces that they used to give you.The main issue with this location is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I went into the girls' bathroom, and it smelled like a dirty person's house. It was gross. Where you sit, it was just dingy. We also picked a window seat by the garbage, and there were a ton of little ants in a row on the wall going from the window to the garbage can.They also didn't have plates. It was served in all take out kfc containers, and they only had spoons with forks on the end. Not enough to cut through my food, so I had to pick it up and eat it.My suggestion is to take some time cleaning your restaurant.
